Hi Julie and Everyone Else! We're a married couple that has been in the lifestyle maybe going on 3 years now. I have something that has always bothered me regarding my wife and I when we go to swingers parties. My dilemma is that my wife is pretty much an average weight and size but as for myself, I'm like 5'10" 250lbs more on the heavy boned type of a guy. I've always been between 235-250lbs most of my life after 25 yrs old. And I have noticed that every time we go to a swingers party, people be asking my wife to play, but not myself?? And when my wife says we come as a "package deal", they say "see ya" under their breath. So we stand in the corner all night by our selves. Other people friends have told me not to worry about it, that you'll find the right people that will accept you for the way you are. But being a little heavy still haunts me. So, I was wondering if anybody else out there in swingers land has the same hang up that I do????? Any responses would be most appreciated!! -
I’m just curious on what the general though is on what H/W/P on average would be. Is there a weight limit or is it more of a look scale?

So many attractive women with husbands who are out of shape. My wife and I are in our late 40s. Ok, I’m in my early 50s. We both exercise regularly and for the most part eat pretty well. We have met many couples where the wife is hot only to find that the husband has never exercised a day in his life. I’m missing out on many beautiful women cause my wife isn’t taking one for the team. She doesn’t care how great of a lover they are or how many times they can make her cum, she still has to find them physically attractive. Not looking for ken and Barbie but guys, please, I’m begging you, get to the gym! Lol.- 24 replies

My husband, and I are new to this. We aren’t really sure how to go about doing this. I’m a bigger woman (size 17), and that kinda stops us from going to the swingers club. Any ideas, or suggestions? Does anyone meet up off this site? We live in Las Vegas.

Maybe this is just a vent post, and hope that's ok, but as we venture into SLS, I've gotta ask- why do women blatantly lie about their weight??? I'm not saying I can tell you to the pound how much someone weighs, but if you post that you're 180 and you are obviously, clearly not less than like 250, do you think folks won't notice?? I mean I fudged like 7 lbs on my own profile lol, but I'm just baffled as to why someone would do that so significantly (especially when they have posted photos). There are so many people who enjoy beautiful women of all shapes and sizes, I just don't get the deception. It goes both ways, too- I've actually almost gone right past profiles where she's listed as like 120lbs (mostly because I'm new to this and therefore am a bit self-conscious about at least my first experience being with a woman who is significantly more slender than myself) and then catch site of a pic and realize "oh wow no she's definitely fluffier than 120, yay!" Vent over lol -sincerely, 172lb woman who's listed as 165 haha

Hubby is overweight. He is 6'3" and about 280#. He said last night I would have a better chance swinging without him which I am not interested in. I am bi-curious. I have responded to 3 ads on lifestyles and no one has wrote back. Do we have to have paid membership to get messages?

For those of you who consider yourself BBW or BBM do you prefer to swing only with other BBWs and BBMs? My reason for the question is that I came across a website that is geared strictly to BB Swingers and I'm wondering if people would really use it. I can see where some would say well anyone could sign up even if they aren't B&B but are attracted to B&B, so if that is you, would you sign up? Or would you prefer to keep your options open on a site that is open to everyone? -
Hi - me and my fiancee are very interested in swinging and we've experimented with friends and enjoyed it, but I'm a larger young woman (300 lbs), and I'm very self consious about it. Aside from a few places I see in the media, they make swinger clubs out to be like everyone there is beautiful. Is this true? If we were to go would I get ignored? Anyone from CT to vouch for that? -
My husband and I are looking at going to a swingers club. My concern is our weight. I have read the many posts here, but no one has been as heavy as we are. I am 5' 5" and 240. My husband is 6' and 350. I am concerned that we will be sitting on the sidelines by ourselves. We are both outgoing people and we have had 3-ways before, but we will be new to the club scene. We are on a work out schedule. Do you think we should wait until we loose more weight before we attempt this? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

I have been looking at all kind of ads and have found tons that look like great people then those 3 little letters are thrown in: HWP. I'm not thin, but I'm not obese either. My hubby loves my breast size and I'm working on losing weight but I'm comfy with who I am. Why is it that no one bothers to see me for my personality instead of just looking at my measurements? Thanks... the wife. BTW: I'm 38F-35-40 and 5"5

Of all swinger ads placed on the internet, a significant percentage specify they're looking for "height/weight proportional" only. My question is, is a person's girth really determinate of their sexuality? Would you automatically discount them as bed partners if they don't resemble professional bodybuilders? Of the experiences we've had, only one woman would would qualify as petite, and while I enjoyed her company immensly, it was no more pleasurable than with the other, larger ladies. Personality is paramount over all else, in our opinion. My wife is moderately overweight, and when we're turned down, that's often the reason.

Hi, I am new to this and my husband and I are interested in softswinging and I have a few questions. I read the ads for swingers in the DFW Texas area, only I am a little nervous about how I look. I would consider myself bbw, only not huge or nothing, anyway, I guess I am a little self-conscience about how I look. Plus I hear about how it is formed thru friendship, only how do you go about finding that friendship? Are the posts in the ad part of the webpage ok? I am so afraid of meeting some weirdo. Not that they aren't ok, it's just not what I want ya know. With me being new to all of this, I want to step into this slowly, and not be pushed. Anyway sorry to rattle on, but I would like to find a couple and they be a nice normal couple like us and are ok to softswing and let me go slow at this, plus not mind the way I look. And if it goes farther, then I can decide later. If anyone could respond I would appreciate it. Everyone in this board has seemed so nice and I felt really comfortable asking. Thanks to All.
