I have that penis head sensitivity problem also. The product you are looking for is called "Sweet Release" I don't have any idea where to look for it, but that's the stuff. The guy has to cum 2 or three times in a row to clear out all the residual semen, then takes sweet release for a few days before the next ejaculation. I believe those are the directions.

We've found that it does make a difference, my husband and I have experimented and found that if you refrain from meats and anything bitter, sticking to fruits, some drinks and drinking a lot of water, it makes it not only sweeter but adds more fluid. Pineapple and pineapple juice absolutely works. Actually, most naturally sweet fruit juices seem to work. As far as the meat thing is concerned, I don't think you will have a problem as long as you drink lots of water and fruit jiuce or fresh fruit.
