I met my SO and present bf during a swing play. But it is not like we had played several times before developing a feeling for each other. The swing just became an initial meeting point, just like meeting for coffee (!), but they later pursued me to develop the friendship and fell in love. Bf came into my life much later.

Like many of you, we've grown completely fed up with quarantining and decided it was time to step out of our voluntary social isolation. We've been breaking quarantine by visiting naturist (nude) beaches. We reason they provide the ideal opportunities to break quarantine without any meaningful possibility of exposing ourselves (or anyone else) to COVID-19, yet still provide a sensual, relaxing, and welcoming environment to socialize with like-minded couples and individuals. With a part-time residence in SW Florida, we are fortunate to have access to a handful of legal naturist beaches available to us within comparatively short drive times. Currently, our favorite location is Blind Creek Beach on Hutchinson Island, a barrier island located immediately south of Ft Pierce, Florida, on the east coast. Although Blind Creek Beach was an "unofficial" nude beach for many years, just recently it was "officially" sanctioned as a clothing-optional recreational area by local authorities. Unlike so many of Florida's other beaches, Blind Creek Beach is very under-utilized during most days, especially during the week. Note this is not a commercialized area. There are no showers, lifeguards, or concessions. There are a couple of portable toilets at the entrance to pathway to the beach. If you happen to live nearby or plan on visiting the area, please let us know. We're interested in making new friends with nice couples and singles. Unfortunately, we are not ready to immediately resume playing at this time, but we'll be "first in line" for the upcoming COVID-19 vaccine and plan on returning to our normal activities as soon as practicable. Stay healthy and safe, Andrew and Ann

I have posted my beginning of being in the lifestyle. I don’t pretend to know the whole conversation my wife and her friend had. My wife’s best friend from childhood got divorced and then remarried. My wife was with her through the highs and lows. Most likely my wife knew some deep reasons of her friends life. I’m just the husband and only heard what my wife shared. During her rebound she dated a few men. I always wondered how many she was with. Fast forward she marries a guy that I approve of. I felt almost like a brother-in-law and wanted the best for her. That is the background that must have led to the women talking about swinging. The new husband was a swinger in his prior marriage. I had no idea. I don’t know how the topic came up or what was said or how my wife first reacted. It must have excited my wife enough for her and our friend connived a way to get me to agree to us playing with them. I read so many posts about the downside of going forward. I figured they were experienced and who better to initiate us than friends we liked. In our start I was the one who had to be convinced not the wife. My exact memory of my fears have faded. My memory of jealousy has faded. My memory of our friend and me is still vivid. There might be a downside of playing with friends, for me I couldn’t think of anyone better.

A topic that fascinates me, and makes me a bit envious, are posts about how someone met their spouse while in a swinging situation. It is the opposite of the usual story where a vanilla couple makes a decision to engage in non-monogamy after they are a couple. It intrigues me because the sex is there with other people before there is the spark which leads to love. I don't know why, but when I read these stories I find them very romantic, almost to the point of crying. Anyone have a story to share? Thanks.

My swinging started with a friend, though not an everyday friend. She was a college friend in town for a football game. There was no talk, no asking, it just happened while sharing a hotel room after the game. We have two very close friends that we are very sexually involved with. My husband’s best friend who my husband approached to join us and a very good friend of mine who I didn’t want to include but eventually welcomed into our play. Neither of them have caused any problem for us. My husband’s friend has become the person who I have had more play with than anyone else other than my husband. An outsider might question our relationship even though there are no romantic attachment. I was hesitant at first and included him at my husbands urging and none of us have regrets.

This is a tripping point for my wife and I as well. We don't mind being exhibitionists; it can be a lot of fun. But, we don't do it when there are unwitting 'victims', most especially kids. If it's consenting adults, absolutely. Adults that have no idea...depends.

This is the reason my wife doesn't like to go to clubs. She's half asleep by midnight and by 12:30 she's catatonic. By the time the action gets going, she's ready to sleep. :/

My wife has some exhibitionistic impulses but these days generally represses them. She’s good with nude beaches, particularly over the past couple of years, after getting into better physical condition, losing some weight and coming to grips with becoming elderly. But she’s now uncomfortable with even the idea of having others watch us have sex. Thirty years ago, when we had only recently begun dating, she was more exhibitionistic in her behavior. Her favorite erotic video was the orgy scene in “Behind the Green Door” where the Marilyn Chambers character is ravished before a large audience. In those days she would masturbate at our nearby nude beach (Gunnison at Sandy Hook) if we were far enough away from other beach goers that her actions were not too obvious. And she was cool with fucking sitting in my lap one evening in our car parked in the Vince Lombardi rest area on the New Jersey Turnpike while a man stood by that side of our car, looking in at us.

I’m both a bit of a voyeur and an exhibitionist. I may have mentioned this incident on another thread on this board, but perhaps not. A few years ago at an orgy kind of party in a hotel suite all the beds were completely filled so I was fucking a woman missionary position on the floor of the living room. A few feet away from us the male half of the hosting couple and another couple were engaged in a conversation about sports (the NFL if I recall?) paying us no attention. A while later, while my partner and I continued to thrust against each other, I looked up to see the conversation had ceased and the couple were slowly masturbating while they watched us intently. I was already pretty aroused — I mean this was in the middle of a fuck — but the knowledge that this couple was turned on by watching us, and sufficiently appreciative of what they were seeing to physically stimulate themselves (and not just start playing with each other) was both gratifying and a further turn-on for me. Within a minute or two I was unable to further delay my orgasm.

My wife Mary is an exhibitionist. She enjoys putting on a sexual show for me when we have MFMs, or for others when we're in a suitable situation, such as a foursome where I and the other wife are done and she and the other husband are still going. Or in orgies. She tells me that being watched is very sexy for her, and that in and of itself is all the rationale I think is necessary. When we are in a naturist situation, on a beach or at a coed spa, she is not an exhibitionist. In those places she realizes men are gazing at her, but other than simply being nude she does little to whet their appetites. Me? I'm a naturist, but not an exhibitionist. Having people watch me during sex neither heightens my libido or turns me off; the presence of other people has little impact on me. On the other hand, I won't wear clothes if I can get away with not wearing them.

I can't believe I haven't added to this conversation! For me the answer is: It Depends. There is no 'usual' or 'average'; the encounters are too diverse. If Mary and I pick up someone at the club and it's just a one-night stand, it is almost always at least thirty minutes long, almost never more than an hour. If Mary and I have another couple that we really like over to our house (or at theirs,) we usually have our first session (which is never hurried,) then into a hiatus where we all sit around and enjoy ourselves, then usually a second round, and even, perhaps a third round. Rarely less than an hour and a half, four hours isn't out of the question. Mary's MFMs follow the above patterns fairly closely. And, if we're with one of the couples and they sleep over, me with the wife, Mary with the husband, there's always the chance for morning sex. So, does that eight or ten hours count?

We are not married but me and my GF was just fuck buddies prior to putting a title to it. We had a lot of threesomes back then but we weren't technically a couple and then it progressed into it over time.

Yes, talk with her and come up with ways to keep from repeating the same mistake. If everyone quit something the first time they failed...we would still be living in caves.

Doesn't seem that hard to me as long as there is good communication. Have you tried talking about what went well and what did not? If so then simply make whatever changes you think appropriate to fix the things that did not go according to expectations and go for the next round. Repeat this each time and you should converge on a solution that is great for both of you.

Same for me. The more that I do it, the more I enjoy it.

Ms. Gold: Yes, for the thrill, it turns me on, it turns you on, it turns us on later when we talk about it, and the excitement of getting caught.
