Listen, if you want to get into a hotwife or cuckold relationship, than you're doing all the right things. If not, grow a pair, say you will only swing with a couple where you at least get something. If she still wants you to wait for her, at home or at the club, while she fucks a single guy in private, than it's time to find a new gf who will really care about you. If any of my SO or gfs had said that to me, since just saying it shows intent to have her cake and assume I'll be there waiting when she's done to keep on taking care of her other needs, there would have been no discussion, no negotiation, just the door! When will people realize that sometimes their SO is just playing them and pretending to care when they really do not give a shit about them?

YOU'RE NOT READY FOR THIS. If you can't talk to her about this, then you're not ready. You both need to spend much more time working on the trust and communication in your relationship. Determine your limits and boundaries (is it ok for you to go and have fun with another woman in a private room as well?) and keep to them. It just seems strange that she would make a comment like that. Is your relationship rock solid and this is just fun and games or is she looking for your replacement? It just doesn't sound like you are in a place to start thinking about this...yet.

It is my opinion and it comes from the last 15-20 years of viewing hundreds of profiles, reading hundreds of discussions on this forum, and having active discussions with people that I've met at parties and beyond. Have I seen an increase in open male bisexuality in group rooms at parties? No, (and this is a guess) but I'm pretty sure that has more to do with bi guys knowing that many wouldn't be OK with it and not wanting to make waves. That said not only have I personally spoken with many lifestyle guys who are totally OK with sucking dick, but also quite a few who are open to more than that in relation to bi play. Are you allowed to offer your opinion if you aren't bisexual? Sure. But, to come into a thread on a topic you obviously don't have any interest in and basically shit on the OP with an attitude of "why the hell would you want to do that?" that's not cool, nor warranted. If you came in and said "yeah I don't get it I prefer xyz but to each their own" that's giving your opinion in a reasonable manner. This isn't reddit, here we treat others with respect whether we like their topic of choice or not.
