Where are you measuring from? Are you putting the ruler on the top of an erect penis... do you measure from the base where it connects to the balls? Do you pull the cock down so it is pointing straight out? Is it from the side - an average if you will? Everyone will have a different perception, I think 'size-queens' will have a higher standard as to what is well hung than other who perhaps have not experienced the upper quartile of hung or dislike very large sizes. I think regardless of preference and perception, the majority could probably agreed that upwards of 8" is at least well hung.
