Certifications on online ads?
Handyman69 replied to Vespertine's topic in Polls & Never-Ending Threads
We choose not to vote as it didn't really list what we look for. We are certified and have certified others. For us...they don't have to be certified but the chances of them being serious...real (don't really care for this term)...and Knowing exactly what they are looking for is about 20 times better. As we look back at the couples that we have received messages from or we pursued...all the non-certified ones have never panned out and too many games were played. So, I guess certification isn't mandatory but extremely liked on our part. -
Swinger husbands treat their wives so much better!

Viagra, Levitra, Uprima - your favorite?
Handyman69 replied to curious_hubby's topic in Polls & Never-Ending Threads
Do you get the same side effects as with the others, like headache and upset stomach? I don't get a headache per se...it is more like the pressure in your forehead leading up to a headache, just pressure. This usually is noticeable only on the day after taking the pill (20 mg). -

I'm not sure if this is much help.......Although I don't have any problems performing at home, when out meeting others I had problems being nervous. I now use 20 mg of Cialis with GREAT results. With Cialis it works in less then one hour and goes for three days. -
How do you ask people to play?
Handyman69 replied to flywithus's topic in Finding People to Swing With
We don't like to play on the first date either. Our experience was a bad one too.....but rules do go out the window when we head to places like Cherrylane esp on TTS weekend. Otherwise, we like to go home and talk about things..but like everyone else..if we go out a 2nd time then we know where things are going to go. Oops...got another twist in the rule. We have played with a couple that we just met BUT it was a three couple party and we knew one of the couples..and we felt comfortable after sitting around for awhile and talking. sorry...guess we don't follow the "not doing anything on the first date" all the time. steelkings...why did you remove them? Piercing your hood has very few risk, unlike if you pierce your clit itself (very few piercers will even do this). My wife has hers pierced and we BOTH really enjoy it.

What do they mean when they say "Not into (head/mind) Games"?

Ditto..........we seem to get ten of these for every perspective ad. John -
Oh my.....is all I could think of as I read this thread. Alura, Cuz (Mrs O), and the rest of the board members who have responded, I give you a . I have been troubled as I read this...being we have only in the lifestyle a few years. There are many new things that we have yet to experience ( a house party for one) but I can say that the Newbie couple might have been trying to psych themselves into jumping into the lifestyle...but we all know...what is good for one is not necessary good for another. let me see....oh ya..it says he wasn't complaining...just what was the female part saying? Ampussy....just because one is willing to jump doesn't mean the other half is.. I am sad that the newbie couple did not talk this thru enough but that does not mean that they are an open invitation. Most people in the lifestyle know this and are respectful. It was too much...too fast....too soon...simple. The board here is open and fair....state your point as you have done but don't expect agreement...you pushed a couple that was not ready to be pushed. They aren't all innocent either, but they are new...so more blame is put on you. Experienced and you should have sensed something... to newguy55...follow Cuz's advice...contact TNT..the right couple can make all the difference in the world. Sure was better the 2nd time around for us....

We have yet to go to a house party.....are first was with a seasoned couple...no complaints but the second couple was wonderful..we went to our first social with them.. Sorry for the bad experience..but at least you talked it though...communciation is so important.. don't worry..there are couples out there who will be at your level and then see where things go.. Helping non-swingers understand swinging.
Handyman69 replied to JustAskJulie's topic in Curious About Swinging?
I certainly am not on to change people's view of swinging or not. I enjoying hearing from everyone. I think most put their answers down in terms that all understand (without making people feel defensive). I do, however, get my dander up when someone tries to make swinging wrong. We are adults...we should act like adults. But I do think both non-swingers and swingers should be allowed on the board. We are here to voice our experiences...and ask question if we don't quite understand or want to gather some knowledge. We are not here to cut another person down...simple... I have had the honor of meeting many people from the board, most I will never meet face to face but I value their insights... Hope this makes sense, Rhonda -
How many couples do both same room and separate room?
Handyman69 replied to a topic in Swingers Talk
When we first embarked on this lifestyle we agreed we would only play together as a couple...we prefer same room/same bed. We once used separate rooms as the couple we were with thought that is what they wanted. The last time we were with them they were comfortable with same room but still different beds...that was OK as we could still watch each other. -
Your comments on kissing someone other than your spouse.
Handyman69 replied to a topic in Swinging Situational HELP!
"To each their own" Never do anything that your uncomfortable with and most people respect that. We love to kiss and I see nothing wrong with that...I feel it really adds to the desire. -
Christianity, politics & swinging
Handyman69 replied to Bach7C's topic in Swinging Situational HELP!
I totally agree with this statement. We too go to church. Our kids are active in church youth group..a couple are even leaders.. Was a topic we discussed and found the answer. As John stated in one of his replies.....we discuss swinging at socials and with people who are in the lifestyle...we talk religion at church...the two do not intermix nor do I want them to. This sums it up for us. We enjoy swinging...its consensual and as long as that agreement remains, we will continue... if question arises, we will re-evaluate at that time...Each person has to determine whether its right or wrong... -
Sex outdoors - have you?
Handyman69 replied to alabamafuntonig's topic in Polls & Never-Ending Threads
That is why we enjoy our private walks (without the kids). We especially enjoy having outdoor fun on vacation...I mean being cooped up in a 28 ft 5th-wheel with at least three teenagers and the triplets...for 18 days...well you see why we get away quite frequently for the nature hikes... Rhonda
