We're not a couple, but a poly family of three women and two men.  We women often get together to start the play.  It does excite the guys to join.

Yes.  Especially for me when it ends up as an FFM.

As all in our swing group are bi we have all same sex weekends where all the guys play together in one house and all the females in another
