Is your partner looking for an MFM or FFM experience?  How you go about it depends on what you're looking for.

 

Also, are you two really looking for a ménage a trois or just a threesome?  The former refers to a living arrangement ("household of three") which implies some permanency, while the latter is just a passing sexual hookup.
