Even if you really wanted to proceed this this guy (and we STRONGLY recommend that you don't swing with friends), he is not a swinger, but a cheater and you have wisely realized that drama is the only thing he can bring to the party. There are 2 reasons why this will not happen

 

1. they are close friends

2. we both are pretty sure that his wife will not be willing or give permission, and we are not going to proceed with any couple unless they are both willing

I’m not in the LS but this seems like a bad idea.  A) because you don’t seem comfortable B) his wife is out of the picture.   C) it sounds like he wants to go 1-1 with her.

You're going to do what you want here, but the wife situation really should be a show-stopper. I know you've said you won't proceed but with your wife showing interest, you may need to draw a line about taking this further and, at the same time, make a point of proceeding with it somewhere else.

 

What happens if she finds out and becomes unhinged, sets about painting you both in a certain light in public, in your workplace and to friends? This is a real thing that happens and ultimately the husband is unlikely to work to help you, to preserve his home.

 

He's also just apparently not a particularly good person. Why allow him the enjoyment of any part of your wife knowing this? Maybe that's part of the appeal to her, but there are other places to explore various dom/sub/humiliation games.

As already pointed out (and I just want to reiterate), he's willing to cheat on his wife (and cheating is NEVER swinging) and his wife knows nothing about what he wants to do. Sorry to be blunt but your friend is a sleaze. The mere idea of him suggesting doing your wife and not involving his wife is unbelievable. It has never happened but if one of my friends suggested sleeping with my wife via threesome while his wife is left in the dark...I'd reconsider the friendship. An update to the story for those who were following.

 

Today morning as we were fucking (that’s what we call doing it nowadays - not having sex, doing it or making love - we call it fucking 😏) we mutually agreed to stop entertaining this couple. We will still mix socially but we will not entertain anything remotely sexual,  or even lewd jokes. We decided that we will look for other guys who might be interested to fuck her. 
 

A part of me is wistful, since she was genuinely aroused when I discussed this guy and me fucking her together or in a gangbang, I think it is better for everyone involved to just move forward.
