Unlike others...I have to go commando because BiBlonde stole all my shorts!

Hey, this isn't fair! I chose non-standard but really wanted "all of the above". As far as my wife is concerned....so long as they are red! lol :D C'mon now. Next time give us the choice of "d.: all of the above".

Cheers.

I agree with hotMOcpl. I have some of all except the tighty whities. Can't stand those things. I'd have to say I prefer the boxer briefs. This is not an advertisement but under Armour boxer-briefs drives the wife crazy. lmao

I voted leather as I love leather. Jackets, chaps, pants, shirts, skirts, even underwear. The smell and softness of good leather is just a turn-on. Personally I usually wear men's bikini underwear. Believe it or not, the most comfortable that I've found are FTL. The are sized well, and hold things nice and snug, which is one of the reasons that I like the tighter fitting underwear. I don't like boxers as I prefer snug. Like others have said, I've played with various kinds, such as fishnet ('90's) thongs, g-strings, etc. So unless we're going out to a club (then it's leather) I prefer comfortable.

On most Usual days-- BoxerBriefs

But here in Texas, with 11 months of summer, that gets a lil hotter than hot...becomes Bikini Briefs.

Then in Aug...what is it?? Underwear? No way :lol

That is basically what gets me hot when Bare wears thongs for me....oh, and his ass being displayed too!!! He has such a nice ass!! Love when he wears the thong that has a pouch to cradle and bring the package forward for display... Makes his package visually HUGE (And he has plenty of meat to begin with!!!)

Yes, I'm a lucky bi gal...

Boxers, Yikes never again, not after wearing them in combination with shorts and

making a total ass out of myself. Yeah it all hung out, when visiting friends, took a while before I was game to make a return visit. But they were very kind people, never

stirred me up about it.

I wear regular briefs because they support my testicles better than anything else I've tried. But, for sexiness, I'm sure that something in the way of boxer shorts looks better to her.

I answered for my husband since he actually answered me when I thought I was talking to myself. He prefers boxers or commando. He said that tight or snug fitting underwear really makes his ball sweat and itch. That is really a sight I can do without... male crotch scratching. Makes me want to hand them a brush and say go at it. (I can't believe I am typing that) He also said that in cold cold weather he wears the full body long underwear.

For the record, I cannot get him to even try on a thong or men's bikini underwear. I even used the "I do it for you" but it doesn't work... I would have loved to see what he looked like in the thong I got him for xmas that has Rudolph on the front.

The wife has bought me cute bikinis and thongs and I usually (daily) wear bikinis of several styles. The best one is a ladies (large) thong that she pinned butler tails on. Of course...I get to "service" her. lol :D

Wow, I'm going to resurrect this thread because I asked another question earlier relating to the 'alternative men's underwear' issue. I met a guy and we had sex for the first time last night and he had on men's bikini thong underwear. I was kind of ummm...taken aback shall we say and thought it looked kind of err...feminine. He's tall and slim and it suits his body type but I wasn't expecting it. And the feedback I'm getting on my posting has headed in the direction of that being a 'gay man' thing to wear that type of underwear. Well, reading this, maybe it's not a gay-man thing after all. I didn't know some women were actually turned on by men in bikini thongs lol. I'm leaning toward it being a misguided attempt to impress me ( or women in general ) now :) . I love these forums, they are so educational !!

Kieth likes it when I wear a thong, he wears boxers except when he works out ... and yes quite often we go "commando" :)

Commando is the only way to go for me. Since I found that proper cleanliness creates skidmark-free underwear (I was a boxer fan) so why wear any, Unless it is too cold; then sweatpants with cutoffs underneath. My own silly idea, JeoK

Keith wears these awesome spandexy silky boxers. They are wonderful - sexy, comfy, and stretchy so i can work around them easily. He also says they stay cool and feel good against his skin.

He'd wear whatever i want, but i don't care for thongs, commando, etc.

Usually go commando so the boys can breath good. I do however "dress-up" with an appropriate themed thong for special parties, i.e. tuxedo for New Years, Lipstick Prints or hearts for Valentines, etc. Usually gets my ass slapped, then kissed, by the ladies at the parties.

Do you bother wearing underwear anymore? Or do people view it as pointless? If you do then do you wear it all the time, or special occasions, or what? What type do you wear?

I always wear a bra, usually padded t-shirt or plunge. But I haven't worn underwear on my bottom half since I left school.

We'll be attending our first swinger event in the near future. Now the first time we go, we'll have no expectations, other than the hope someone opens up and talks to us and/or accepts us talking to them just to socialize (maybe more).

Now on a daily basis, I wear Joe Boxer thongs. I've been wearing them for 10-15 years. I LOVE them! No wedgies/bunching, holds me firmly in place so my head doesn't get irritated, etc.

Anyway, I've read that men wearing thongs at swinger events can be a little odd if a 6-pack and cherry tomato ass cheeks don't accompany the thong.

But what is reality when it comes to clothes in the first place. Do people walk around fully clothed or naked...or is there some use in wearing undies? What is generally the most attractive...boxers, boxer briefs, etc.?

      Thanks!

A few thoughts from Mr. Swingularity (and Mrs. Swingularity has always stood and watched in awe at Mr. Swingularity's ablity to shop fearlessly for himself and her).

Before reading the suggestions below, please know YMMV and these are IMHO and you should BE YOURSELF, not try to be someone else.

      1) Shoes. These are your foundation. No sneakers. No work shoes. Nothing you walk the dog or mow the grass in. They should be leather. On trend slip-ons, chukka's, ankle boots, and the like are a start.

      2) Socks. They need to have been purchased sometime in the last 2 years. Don't be afraid of colors. Black shoes, black/grey/navy base socks. Brown shoes brown, tan, earth tone socks.

      3) Belt. Should RELATE to the shoe color. Leather. I like wider belts on even dressish pants, as well as jeans, as they don't pinch or allow pant to bunch above or below.

      4) Underwear. Bought within last year. Don't be afraid to go with bold colors and patterns. But black is a sure bet. I like the cotton blend with some stretch fabric boxer briefs that are low on fabric volume. A "boy short" cut. Looks flattering when I'm relaxed, and really nice as arousal finds me.

      5) Pants. Lots of options here. One non option: PLEATS. Never, never, never on pleats. They add unflattering volume, and contrary to what "less fit/slender" guys think, they DO NOT make you look slimmer. They make you look NOT slimmer. FLAT FRONT PANTS ONLY. Dress jeans can be really great. Casual chic dress slacks that aren't business focused are everywhere today, and look great. Dress flat front Khaki's in non-tan colors are all around and look great. A slack with some pattern that is subtle can be great. I love blacks and shades of grey, but have red, mauve, dark brown, loden, etc. Thin dress cords in Fall look super. And did I say NO CUFFS? No? I am now. NO CUFFS. Buy the pants for your fit now, not what you hope to fit after losing that 10 or 20 that you're about to lose.

      6) Shirts: lots of options here. Don't like polos, personally. Sorry guys, but dress polos are for the country club golf outing. "Club" and casual dress shirts are all around. I prefer non button down collars and collar stays. I think they look, in general, more aesthetically "flowy". Another look that is nice is a stretch t-shirt, black, under a long sleeve knit. Adds nice layering, and can hide a few extra lbs. The t-shirt is like a Spanxs effect.

      7) If it's jacket weather a nice unstructured blazer, and there are tons of them, is a nice touch to start the night in. Says something about the man that is akin to "I care about my appearance", so I must be a "care about my partner and my lovemaking" kind of guy. The fit is key here, gents. So many guys have a jacket that's a size or more too big, trying to "hide something". It backfires. Get the perfect fit and drape, and you'll look sleeker. I have one blazer I love: it's a leather blazer in black that just smokes the night. Like a dress jacket meets bad boy club hopper.

? Have a nice watch? They speak volumes.

Finishing touches: Your feet are self pedicured. Your fingernails are clean, clipped close, and looking good. You are always shower fresh and not heavily fragranced. And your oral hygiene (that means floss and tongue scraper) is impeccable.

You'll look good, feel confident, and be the best you can be...and get noticed.

What happens when you open your mouth...that's up to you!

Well, this is all fairly brief, YMMV, IMHO, and feel free to think "Dude...wtf?!?!" These basic principles have been in place for me since about my mid-to-late 30's, and refined over the years. If the feedback my wife gets about my attire is anything to go on, the ladies notice.

I'd be happy to hear any tips or thoughts on the whole "male attire" issue from others. I'm always looking for ideas!

Well, it's off to give my wife a minty fresh kiss...

We were just at an on-premises club this weekend where a man was walking around in and playing in a thong. We heard a few people commenting on how that may have been unseemly for club wear or etiquette. Should guys be au natural under their pants or is a man wearing sexy at risk of ridicule, etc.

I recently saw an ad for a company that sells matching underwear for men and women. I think it might be a subscription service?

So, I'm wondering, do you think this is cool or hokey? Would you wear it? What would you think if you started undressing at the club and the other couple were matching?
