Interesting...I'm sure we've been exposed. Perhaps we are worrying too much. When they posted, though, others seemed to be as "worried" as we are. Thanks for your reply, though.

We met a great couple and hit it off. We were planning to get together for playtime, and the female half mentioned that she hoped her cold sore went away before then, because it was ugly. WHOA! We told them we weren't comfortable playing with anyone who gets cold sores/fever blisters. Just not willing to take the risk. They both kept trying to convince us that it was okay to play as long as they didn't have active sores. I pointed them to all the info I had, so they would understand why we weren't comfortable with it. They posted on a local lifestyle message board under another name, asking whether they should tell people. The results? A resounding HELL YES, they should tell people! Now, they are back to posted under their usual user name, and are making dates. We have other friends who have met these two and really like them, and the possibility is there for play. Do we mention this? If we find out someone has been involved with them sexually, do we just put off playtime to see if it's been transmitted to them? Do we explain why, and risk being called gossips? Or do we just put it off, and potentially hurt feelings by saying "No" to people we've played with and enjoyed many times already. It would just be awkward, but is that better than the alternative? Any and all advice is appreciated

We only have two "issues" in the lifestyle. #1. Like others have posted, it's difficult to find another couple we're both attracted to. We've found one recently, and they've set a standard for us to expect. (We are guilty of having played with people one of us wasn't that interested in. No more!) #2. Competition. There's another couple in our niche who enjoys playing with as many people as they can find. We don't, and they tell everyone we're not "true swingers". Sadly, some couples will judge based on that without taking the time to get to know us. At least we have that one *perfect* couple! LOL

Our wildest experience was when we were first dating. My husband was in technical school for the Air Force, so it seems foolish now that we're older. We were wandering the path at a park in my hometown. We came to the old, suspended, wooden bridge out in the open. It was September, and a beautiful day, so many people were walking the same path. When we crossed, the urge was overwhelming, so Matt pulled my shorts down and fucked me while I was bent over the hand rails. The adrenaline rush (scared of being caught and the military discipline action, scared of the bridge breaking, or just falling right over the side) was amazing!

Are you totally new to swinging or do you have experience?

It's been a long time coming. LOL! About 8 years ago, my husband (Matt) and I considered swinging. We started by having a FMF threesome with a girlfriend of mine. Unfortunately, that didn't go well. I was jealous, then she went crazy trying to contact him privately, etc. So, we decided it was best to not go forward, because he already had reservations about my being with another man. Our experience with the girl just confirmed that it wouldn't be pretty. Then, about six months ago, we were talking about sex with our friends. They are into BDSM, considering swinging, and out of nowhere, Matt tells me he would be okay with swinging at this point in our marriage. We talked and talked, but had no idea so many people were into this. We asked around and found a website, went to a club, and it's been all uphill from there!
