Need help setting up a KIK account for swinging

Over on SLS everyone keeps telling us they talk, share pics, etc. on KIK. My question is, when setting up the app on our phones... what's the protocol for those in the LS? Do we list his first name and her first name as the first and last name? What do are we do we fill in about and what do we leave blank?

My wife and I use Kik excusively for chat with LS friends. To me the biggest advantage of Kik is that you do NOT have to provide personally identifying information. We each provide first initial only and a generic picture.

On the other hand we have LS friends that use full name and face pic.

So, it's completely up to you depending on your comfort level and how "out there" you want to be.

Keep in mind that the content is not end to end encrypted. It is encrypted to the server, deencrypted, then reencrypted from the server to the receipient. The content, if I remember correctly, is stored unencrypted on the server for a few days.

Just don't include your phone number when setting up your kik profile. Others who have the kik App and your phone number in their contacts will get notified.

Ok, well we set it up. Already connecting really well with a couple we met on SLS. Fingers crossed we don't regret the app.
