Is there a way I can rent out a place to host a swinger event?

What kind of event are you looking to have? Without knowing the answer to that, it's hard to answer. Low key meet and greets can be held at a restaurant or bar. Socials with music, dancing, etc. are usually held at a hotel ballroom.

Do you have any experience yourself in attending meet and greets, etc.? If so, the answer should be apparent, just look for similar type venues and start calling around.

If you are looking to host somewhere where people will be able to play or be undressed that is a lot more difficult. Many areas have zoning that prohibits sexually oriented businesses and if you rent a banquet hall and start swinging the police could come and you and the owner could get in big trouble.

That said, I became friendly with a nice local hotel and they would allow me to host massage classes in their conference room and parties in their suites. They had hosted New Years Eve takeovers for my close friend and knew me because I helped run the party. They knew exactly what was going on and the staff enjoyed working the big parties. They were invite only and nearly all couples. We made sure people were notgoing to mess up the place or run through the halls/lobby naked. You have to be really careful with who you are inviting.

I've been hosting a meet and greet at a local bar for over 5 years. They know we are a swingers group and appreciate us. It's a very good relationship. They say our couples are way more respectful and fun than singles/dating groups they've hosted in the past. Again, you need to watch who you invite and give clear expectations of behavior if you want to stay on a business' good side.

I'm happy to answer any other questions you might have.

Some adult lifestyle clubs in our area will let people rent out space for parties. We have been to that kind of party and it's great!!! Again you gotta watch who you invite though.
