Getting a motel room for a couple hours of swinging fun?

Recommended Posts

So, the wife and I are moving forward in our adventure. She's not comfortable with the idea of going to our new playmates home to play, we're both in agreement that we don't want to bring her to our home (aside from the mess, we right now want to keep our home as our "us only" place), so that leaves on-premise parties or getting a room.

How do you more experienced folk do it?

Do you get a room for however long you and your playmates want, even if you have to pay for a night, and check out when you're done?

Do you plan it for you or them to stay over night and check out in the AM (of course, many of you might spend the whole night with your playmates, see below for the wife's feelings on that for us)?

Do you find a motel with "special" rates (ick, ick, ick)?

Now, while the idea of the three of us spending the night together in a hotel doesn't bother me, the wife right now doesn't feel comfortable with that, either. And she's driving the bus, I'm just standing next to her making suggestions...

I'll admit, I'd feel kind of "odd" checking three people into a hotel room, then a couple hours later checking out. Of course, part of me also wonders how often just that sort of thing happens, or how often people check in for a couple hours to grab a nap on a long drive...

I'd bet most hotel staff are used to such things...

Anyways, thanks for any ideas.

We rarely, if ever "Check out". We leave the key card on the night stand, and roll on out. So, no way for anyone to know when we leave after a play date. We've only played with everyone leaving right after a couple of times, and it wasn't an issue.

The hotel staff doesn't really care when you leave. They have their money, and if you leave, cleanup will probably be easier for them, since they won't have to deal with half empty Coke and beer cans, and Cheeto dust from a night of watching movies on the Sundance Channel. ;)

When we've been invited to a hotel room, it;s been in the name of one couple. not everyone is checked in. Even when I rented a two room suite for a party it was all in my name. I would avoid spending the entire night together unless you are really close friends and even then have experience with that. Sometimes drama ensues.

Well, considering our experience so far has been an erotic massage for me at the last party we went to, when we met M...

;)

I'm not disagreeing with the wife on not wanting to go spending the night yet, nor am I trying to convince her into it either. The mere fact that she's willing to continue on this journey is enough.

We have done the hotel room thing a couple of times and like others only one couple has checked in and when we all leave we just leave the card in the room. I wouldn't say however that there was less clean up for the room staff ;-)

In Miami there are clean new motel with couples themes which you can get for 50 bucks for 3 hours. Great place to have some fun. For bigger parties we would get something nicer and larger.

Usually whoever reserved the room and checked in gets to stay overnight in the hotel room and check out the next morning. If it's a familiar couple, we may take turns paying for the rooms. Sometimes we split the cost but not a 50-50 split since one couple is actually staying over. It's more like 1/3 to 1/4 contribution, or we ask the non-staying couple to get snacks and drinks.

Plan on you and your wife staying overnight. Make a nice weekend getaway with the bonus of meeting someone to have a nice evening or afternoon sharing experience. Most motels/hotels don't mind visitors but they do become irritated over an overnight, non paying guest, if they notice, so don't ask your playmate to share the cost of the room if they aren't going to sleep overnight. If everyone gets into the partying mood and as the sun is coming up your guest or guests end up getting the attention of the management then it would be only proper for the guest/s to pick up the extra charge but be prepared for disrespectful playmates.

Thank you for posting this. I hadn't thought about how motels/hotels would see this in business terms!

How so? What additional things are you leaving out that a regular guest wouldn't leave?

Oh, really? Things must be different where you live. The big reason nowadays that the hotel wants to know how any guests when you make a reservation or walk in from the road is to know how many towels to have ready in the bathroom and whether or not a roll-away bed will be needed. They don't care if you are swinging from the paddle fans as long as you don't make enough noise to cause complaints. All they care is that you do not make the bathtub overflow and flood the room below.

We have only had one motel question us about how many people would be in the room. Hubby is a truck driver, and we had to stay over in Memphis one weekend. The truck stops in the area are notorious for hookers and the clerk questioned hubby pretty vigorously about whether I was a hooker and ensured hubby he would be "tracking my movements" in and out of the room. Totally isolated incident, not to mention ridiculous and rude!

I am at the mature end of the swinging demographic as are my play friends. The ladies have their share of curves and character lines and often prefer to wear something when younger, fitter ladies prefer total nudity. This is just to say clothing is totally OK if it makes you comfortable. This is not a photo shoot. This is intimacy and mutual giving. Besides, a little color and texture is nice to see and feel. When I know my partner is shy I can adjust and just observe that as a boundary.

I am wondering if there are men out there that are afraid of premature ejaculation when they swing for the first time????? I am also wondering if the men are afraid of their performance with the other woman?????

My wife is interested in going to a local club in Louisville Ky. She herself is self conscious about her body as she is a bbw. I find her wonderfully beautiful but I love larger sized women. I am very protective of her “in a good way” and very much want it to be a positive experience for both of us. I read on many of the clubs websites of how their club has the “hottest most beautiful” couples. I am 48yrs old and she almost my age. My question is, will going to a club be a positive experience or have we missed the boat and uncomfortably be an object of ridicule until we decide to up and leave. We clean up pretty well and I can rock a casual suit as well as the next guy, but I’m not a 24yr old paratrooper any more either.
