Are you more open sexually with a new partner when swinging?

Recommended Posts

I am curious, when you are with another partner for the evening do you tend to have a new approach to adventure?

Does the opportunity to be with someone new give you the feeling that you are free to reach out to new levels that you may not share with your spouse?

Do you do things like swallow or go down on your new partner and not your spouse?

Do you ever just let go and accommodate the requested new situation pushing the agreed upon boundaries/limits of your spouse?

Do you have stronger or multiple organism's with you new partner?

Do you have sex more times during the evening encounter than with your spouse?

Do you look forward to a specific partner that elevates your experience?

There are pluses and minuses to new partners. The variety is a good thing, the new feel of her body, the rhythm to the way she fucks, the possibility of doing a new act or in a new way. The downside is having to figure it all out, keep asking and telling whether something is ok and whether you can really trust the answer (can I put my finger in your ass? she says, "yeah, sure" but is it really something she wants? Maybe she doesn't even know.). If I could have a new partner everytime, I wouldn't take it. There is something to be said for familiarity and shared past experiences.

Every new partner is a new experience. There is always something new even though we are familiar with everyone’s anatomy. I go slow with a new partner. I think it’s because I want to please. I learned when I first started dating and first starting having sex that every female liked different things. Even kissing is different with each partner. Not every woman enjoys breast play. Every woman I have played with enjoys having me go down though some like it harder than others. Some like fingers inserted others not as much. Some enjoy their butt played with others not. I have gone further with some in that respect. If a playmate shows she doesn’t want that I don’t.

My wife has always swallowed. Some of our friends don’t.

Yes I have done new things only because the woman wanted it.

I can't say that I ever did 'new' things; my wife and I could be somewhat adventurous in the things we enjoyed. (Neither of us were into violence including BDSM, golden showers or fetishes of that sort.) When we had other partners we tended to stay in our world of comfort.

Having said that, my wife and I also had our tried and true techniques, the ones that always worked for us. When we met someone new, I felt free to try a different technique. For example, my wife hated missionary, we rarely did it. It was always a treat to do that with a different woman and deep kiss her, which is something I really enjoy.

One time, we were approached by a single male who had a foot fetish. My wife let him into our bedroom and let him do his thing, I was there watching. After awhile, it just got boring, we never hooked up with him again.

I am at the mature end of the swinging demographic as are my play friends. The ladies have their share of curves and character lines and often prefer to wear something when younger, fitter ladies prefer total nudity. This is just to say clothing is totally OK if it makes you comfortable. This is not a photo shoot. This is intimacy and mutual giving. Besides, a little color and texture is nice to see and feel. When I know my partner is shy I can adjust and just observe that as a boundary.

      Now, go shopping.

How many of you, or your spouses, have had NRE to the point that as a couple you needed to do something about it? What caused it? What was the resolution?

      Here’s my story.

Mary and I met James at a bar for a prearranged date. He was just what she wanted that night. He had an evil grin, and when we got to the bedroom, he was as close to a Superman as I’d ever seen. They went, as I remember it, three times, and I joined the two of them from every once in awhile. We were used to MFM threesomes and I had absolutely no problems with it, I was glad Mary was having such a good time. Over the next few weeks, Mary saw him as often as possible, a real case of NRE, the worst I ever saw her in. I gave her permission to go over to his house from time to time, and they screwed a number of times.

Now Mary and I are swingers in addition to her being a hotwife, and for whatever reason we weren’t hooking up much with foursomes that summer. So I was feeling a little strange in that Mary was having quite a bit of sex with James but I wasn’t having sex with other women. Mary and I talked about it, she seemed to understand my issue.

One day Mary told me as I was heading for work that James was coming over to our house just to hang out - she and James both had the day off. I said it was okay, but I wanted to be with them in an MFM. Mary readily agreed that I’d get home, the three of us would go out to dinner, and then we’d come back to the house for sex.

Well, when I got home, James came bounding down the steps, completely naked. “Oh,” I said, “have the two of you been having fun?” “Yeah, we’ve been going at it for a couple of hours.” I got Mary off to the side, she said she didn’t remember that they were supposed to wait for me; but I could tell from body language that she wasn’t being quite honest.

They got dressed, we went out to dinner, I’m sure I was grumpy. James, understanding there was a problem, decided to leave. (Of course, I’m sure he’d had his share for the day!). Mary and I had long talks about it for the next couple of days. Finally, I said I was really uncomfortable and that I wanted her to take a break from James, at least a month. She agreed, and kept away from him. And then, unfortunately, the two of them never got back together.

I’m sorry it went down that way, James was Mary’s best lover, but I felt I needed to slow it down.

      What’s your story?

I have a question for the experienced couples on the board. For quite a while I have had the desire to be in a more sexually charged environment while having sex with my husband. Now, I have been hanging around this board and learned a lot about the maturity required to swing and I must say I am impressed by a lot of you. The reason I bring this up is because I would like your opinions. I am wanting to find some couples or groups that are open and mature like yourselves to watch while each couple has sex.

I am in my 20's and find that a lot of couples around my age lack maturity when it is called for. Of course for a lot of couples at any age it seems can barely keep their own relationships together. On the other hand it seems that a lot of you put respect and your relationships above all else. Other than the fact that I am not technically a swinger (yet ), I feel you people share more in common with my ideals than most groups of people.

I would love to try new things but I'm not near ready for a 4some or swapping. However, I feel that being in and getting comfortable as a couple around swingers would open the door to a lot of new experiences for me.

So I was curious how the couples on here would feel about having a non swapping couple around having sex in the same room as them? Does it make a difference to you if there are just 2 couples, more than 2, group sex, or swapping going on in the room? What do you think the best way to go about it would be? Is this something that Swingers in general accept?

Hi ..newbie here..please be gentle! 😉
Husband (straight) and I (bisexual) are about to embark on our first meet. Originally started with us doing ff and men watching, joining in with own partner. After much discussion, it's now progressed to us doing more! We communicate well in our everyday life and with this too..you have to! Both happy with what we have decided, but, I am feeling stuff about certain things and I can't explain these feelings (emotional and physical!) Both happy with ff and mf. His biggest turn on is watching and mine is him watching me. I'm ok with him receiving oral from f (baby steps!) But the thought of him giving feels different and more 'scary'! Only word I can use that is anywhere near! That being said it also all feels a turn on at the same time! I'm so confused..we're talking a lot between us and other couple, and being very open about everything. We are very happy and in love and have an amazing bond already.
We have talked in depth over a few years and ready to take the plunge.

Any advice or explanation about this or how to deal with this, and how process and explain would be gratefully received x 😊

In your opinion is there such a thing as a woman acting too slutty in the lifestyle? In my swing circle being called a slut is a good thing, it is use as a term of endearment but being called too slutty is not. BTW- we define a slut as a woman who likes to play and is very open minded.

I was at the club one night and a woman told me that I had better be careful, that I was being too slutty just because I was dancing topless. I know, the horror, a woman dancing topless in a swing club! She then went on to tell me that men don’t want to play with a woman if she is too slutty. Now this was from a woman who had 4 guys lined up giving them blowjobs in an open room, putting on a show. Not that I think that was too slutty. I think her thinking is a little skewed. I know a woman that will screw anything with a dick, she doesn’t care who or what it is attached to. I am not sure if that is being too slutty or just not being very careful.

So guys, if you think that there is a line where a woman has crossed over from being a slut to being too slutty, what is that line?
