Women: What do you think about using the marital bed?

Many guys think it's hot when their wives take another man in their marital bed. That's a given.

But I'd like to know what the women think about it. Is using the bed you and your husband use to sleep in a turn-on? Is it something you'd rather not do? Or is it just another place to conduct pleasure?

I'd appreciate your thoughts if you are a woman.

Mr. C and I have discussed this and though it has never happened, the idea is ok because it's convenient. Additionally, in the heat of the moment if we were hosting, it would be petty to say, "No, anywhere but there." But to sit and ponder on it, I'd say I don't necessarily get turned on by it. However, it is just a material thing and to place a weighted value on a bed is just about as empty as placing restrictive value on sex. In a sense that Mr. C and I have had sex a number of places, both with each other and others. The sex with Mr. C in a club or at a party or in the car or the den is just as awesome and valuable to me as it is when we are in the seclusion of our own bed and other people have been on the beds in clubs or at parties. To make it short; it isn't my "go-to" spot, but it also isn't a deal breaker. We also wouldn't be cuddling in our bed with play partners though, so...different discussion there.

We didn't think about it. Not sure why we should have.

Husband thinks its hot. I think its not.

My first experience with another man was in our marital bed. At the beginning, my husband was with us, so it was in a sense a shared experience and an extension of our own sex. Later that night, however, he left the two of us alone until the morning. I was in the throes of wild sex at the time and thought nothing of it. In retrospect, perhaps we should have kept the bed reserved as our own special place. To be honest, it does not really bother me. We have had plenty more experiences with others in that bed since then.

We upsized from queen to king to accommodate special friends. Not a problem, although we gave it passing thought at first. Now, not a problem. We have an adjacent bedroom if one couple finishes first or needs privacy and quiet to accomplish something.

Generally speaking, we like a bed when we're having sex. Then too, we like sex in our pool or hot tub or on our sofa. If we're at our house and it's play time we NEED a bed or a hot tub or a pool deck or a sofa. We're sharing our bodies with our playmates and really don't see how sharing our bed (or hot tub or pool deck or sofa) is in anyway more intimate or special. Its a venue. Mrs Docs only objection is that sometimes, once the party's over, the sheets smell too much of cologne, sex and perfume. On those occasions, she brings clean sheets into our room and we strip and change the bed before we go to sleep. Nothing beats crawling between clean sheets after a satisfying romp with friends.

Not a problem. It is more economical and time saving for us. As the family matured, however, it became less of an option. Still possible...but now requires a lot more planning.

Marital Bed, at best it’s a concept for the younger people, probably a time gone by. My reality was being a widow at 40, becoming a match dot fuck for what continuously turned out to be married men or at least guys with strong commitments to other girls; I was simply the weekday night booty call so that mattress was well used before this hubby ever came along. So, no problem here. We really don’t bring strangers or new acquaintances home but have used the bed several times with friends without concern.
