We have been married for 21 years. We did the mfm with our very close friend. It lasted years til he got married. He still joins us once or twice a year and it's great. He wants to bring his wife into it and thinks she's close to so just a matter of time. Our suggestion is always donut with someone you both are close to and trust. She will feel more comfortable and enjoy it that much more and want to repeat it often at first til you both wean off and space it out or stop or move onto others.
