When the kitten mitten takes a beating

Alright ladies, when you've had a great night with a full dance card and your share of vigorous activity how do you care for your body the next day? Do you have problems with swelling, probably bruising and general soreness? What do you recommend? Ice packs, Tylenol, elevation, a cream of some kind?

Yes, it was a wild night with three gentlemen (or pleasingly not so gentle) and while I have a very big smile on my face my nether regions are rather sore.

She sometimes will say she's a little sore, but no real special treatment other than abstaining for a few days, or if the urge does strike, just going more slow and gentle than usual.

I too like it a bit rough and soreness is a fact of life. But it all goes away in a couple of days so I don't take anything for it. If I must, an aspirin or two usually does the trick.

Whenever I become too neanderthal with GF, a couple of Tylenol and a soothing bubble bath and massage will usually put her to rights, again.
