May we introduce ourselves?

Hello fellow memebers! We just wanted to introduce ourselves to all of you lovely people. My wife and I will be posting separately since I feel it’s best not to share one profile. We both have our own voices and opinions. We’re completely new to this and if all goes well, we’ll be attending our first house party next Saturday. We’re excited and eager to get our toes wet and also really looking forward to meeting new people, making new friends and getting to know all of you. We look forward to conversing with all of you!

Hi there, I’m the female to his half. Any advice on what we should expect getting started?

I would like suggestions on what to bring with us to our first house party. I’m thinking condoms of course , but also a couple bottles of water, a small flashlight, some snacks and some wet wipes. What do all you guys normally take with you?

Besides what you said ... toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, hairbrush for the wife, a bottle of wine, corkscrew, and our own lube. We don’t take bottled water ‘cos we’re fine with what comes from the faucet.

If your toes are all that is getting wet, you're missing the entire point of swinging!! We bring a small bag with a change of clothing for Mrs Doc to wear home, sometimes something enticing to wear once the party warms up and our vodka. I carry condoms and a small bottle of lube in my pocket.

We’re certainly not missing the point but we’re new so yes, we are taking it at our pace. We’re very situational right now because we have no experience. In regards to a flashlight, we don’t know how dark it’s going to be so I don’t want to be fumbling around in the dark looking for something. I’m down for bringing our own vodka along. Always gets a party started for us! I didn’t think of lube so thanks on that one!

At the house parties we've attended, the hosts always have some kind of mood/low lighting or candles or a combination of the two particularly since men are soooooo very visual. I doubt a flashlight will be necessary. Generally, hosts have some munchies & mixers but many couples bring some kind of light snack for the group. We always call the hosts to ask if/what we could bring. The toes wet comment was tongue in cheek and attached to a memory of some of our first experiences. We had used exactly that term when we discussed going to our first club. Midway through our evening we were watching a very hot 4-some through an open door and Mrs Doc leaned in and whispered in my ear, "honey, more than my toes are wet now". I hope you two have a wonderfully erotic time and then tell us all about it.
