Keeping the pubic area hairless - has anyone tried using the No No Hair Removal?

Recommended Posts

Has anyone ever tried the "NO-NO" or something like it to get rid if pubic hair??

My wife has a tough time shaving and so we wondered about it.

Never tried it, but personally, I'd be wary of any electro method for down there. I'll stick to shaving :) I'll be interested to hear if anyone has tried it, it is a pain to shave the kitty - I'd like it smooth, but can't do it everyday.

Well, it has almost 200 bad reviews on Amazon!

My most frequent recent swing partner goes to a spa every 6 weeks for waxing. She is smooth as silk and has no shaving irritation.

Another woman I have cyber sex with weekly has the most erotic pubic patch I have ever seen. However, when I started shaving, she tried it too but did it only once. Too much irritation, she says. So now I watch the weekly progress as she regrows that wonderful bush!

I had laser hair removal too and I love it! No razor stubble, no red bumps and no waiting for it to grow out long enough to be waxed.

The male half here, the wife loves waxing but believe it or not...I'm considering it. Two days after I shave or a week after I go with the wife to have it waxed, it itches to the point of driving me nuts.

Here is what I have found out. It typically cost's around $1,000 up front and includes 6 - 8 sessions. You have to shave the area (not wax) before you go into the appointment where they will run the laser over the treatment areas. Most places will allow you to pay as you go but they will charge around 180-250 a session which significantly raises the price but allows you an option to pay as you go. I'm planning on starting mine next week and will let you know how it goes...maybe, lol. I absolutely hate, hate...did I mention hate shaving.

Okay cool. Not as expensive as I thought (about $100 per square inch ).

Is laser removal permanent or is there periodic maintenance? ~Captain

In our area they have groupons for laser hair removal quite often.

Same here. I have seen really great discounts available via Groupon, SweetJack, Amazon Local, and a few other (local) deal sites like that.

As I age, the body hair grows all over. It seems like it would look a bit strange to have my pubic area w/o hair and still have a lot of hair on my chest, stomach, back, legs, arms, even my butt...

I can't imagine trying to shave my entire body, or the cost of doing all over laser.

Just a thought...

The Mrs had her first Brazilian wax about a month ago. I liked so much I went and got my own. Believe it or not guys it didn't hurt that much. It is pretty intense each time the strip gets ripped off but it's over quickly. Do find a place that works with men regularly. The lady I go to has been working with guys for years and has a great technique.

Laser hair removal is too expensive, it is not permanent, and it only lasts for a few months.

I used to wax but you still need to grow some length for the wax to stick. So I shave to make sure I'm more or less smooth all the time.

I don't mind shaving my pubes and legs regularly just as quick run over, so I know some patches get missed out but it is not much noticeable especially when wearing stockings.

It is when we go swinging that I take extra care in making sure my legs and pubic area are completely smooth.

So every so many showers just give yourself a quick run over with the shaver, soon get used to doing it so it is not so much of a chore.

I prefer to shave my pubic area and keep my cock and balls smooth. I used to shave daily in the shower but recently purchased a small rotary shaver called "Cleancut" on Amazon for about $40. It has made my chore much easier, no red bumps,no pinching or cuts and leaves me smooth. Usually just a quick once over a day and I am smooth.

I highly recommend it.

I shave it, every morning in the shower using hair conditioner not shaving cream, no irritation but my hair has always been unusually light and soft.

The Mrs and I shave with a razor in the shower before play and then use the CleanCut from Amazon with powder afterward to get the little hairs missed. Does a great job and not many if any razor bumps. Trick in the shower is lots of lube, soap, hair conditioner, gel shaving cream, anything that works for you. Afterward smooth with baby or corn starch powder. Makes oral so much more desirable for both of us.

Seems that as we age hair grows where we don't want it and disappears where we do want it hahaha.

In the never-ending search for easier ways to keep that unwanted hair under control, I found this thread. It seems another one of those things that sounds great, but isn't. Independent testing seems to confirm that too, although maybe there are some people out there that it works great for, I don't know.
