That damn pesky vistor....
I just found out a friend of ours will be having a house party this weekend. We LOVE going to his parties, they are WILD!
My luck has once again not failed to disappoint me, I'll be broke this weekend.
Now, one could look at that as being a total bummer or one could look at it as just being a part of life and one of those pesky little things we must deal with and just go on about our business.
I'm choosing to look at it in a deal and go about my business type of way.
I know there are a lot of couples who would choose to stay home and wait until a better weekend to go out and party. We are not that type of couple. I may only be able to play from the waist up but that shouldn't stop Ted from being able to play to the full extent, should he so desire.
Watching him play is never a bad thing and since there are no restrictions on play between him and I, I know he'll be more than happy to see that I'm well taken care of once we return home.
Also, going to a house party isn't always about playing. There is the socializing that takes place, the seeing old friends, the meeting new people, and it's a great way to get to know someone and set up a play date for when it's more convenient.
Okay, okay, I admit, there's suppose to be a couple of really hot guys attending and if circumstances were different, I'd definitely try and make a meal out of one (if not both) of them...but, sometimes appetizers can give you enough of a taste of something to see if you want to make a full meal of it at a later date.
In other words...we're going to the party! Now, I just have to tell Ted we're going.
Do you think he will say no?
I can't imagine (although I'm sure they exist) a man who would say no to his wife who said...."Honey, M is having a party this weekend. I'll be broke but we can still go and you can fuck whoever you want."
It could happen that he will say no...Yeah, right, when pigs fly or, IF he were on his death bed and even then, knowing Ted, he'd probably still say "Yes, let's go."
