I am a male, 59 years old, who stays in pretty good shape. I would have to play alone, no wife to join me. Am I out of luck - probably To Old To Be Included?

P/s No boasting but most women say I look younger.

Why do you think 59 is too old to play. Hell I will be playing up to the day I die. On my death day I would want to be playing. No 59 is not too old. At less not for us.

Welcome aboard :)

No Len, your not too old. There are complications with being the single male though.

I'm just saying, don't let any discouragement lead you to believe it's always the age issue. Single males are important but the competition is there. It's about getting out and meeting people. You have to put yourself out there as a trusted single male.

Oh Len... if you only lived closer to me. (Or us to you!)

We loved our single male!! Unfortunately for us and fortunately for him, he decided to seek a relationship with a vanilla woman.

My uncle last Christmas at 82 was complaining that he doesn't get the action he used to, but his wife tells me they renew his viagra prescription about once a month. Hell, I'd settle for that at 62.

Go for it!!! - Besides, I don't know about you, but unless I'm just interested in getting my rocks off, I prefer people with some "mileage" who've paid their dues and developed some compassion and concern for others.nm

thank u for the reply. I don't know where you are at, but you sound like a fun couple. I used to play with a couple but they moved to Arkansas.

Your not old, just a few years older than us. We are in are mid 50s and still going strong. Just a little dry spell for the last 6 months since we moved. But keep at it, you're 59 years young.

I'll echo what the group is saying. If you don't get out there, you'll never know. The great thing about the lifestyle is that there are a lot of people interested in a lot of things. I sure hope we're still active in 10 or 20 years. Go to meet & greets that allow single men. Post ads. Get someone to take good photo's of you (or learn how to use a tripod). Be respectful and hopefully the opportunities will present themselves.

My wife is 42 and has played with quite a few gentlemen around that age... 55 to 65 is not uncommon at some of the parties we attend.

This goes for the ladies also... I'm only 39, but I have enjoyed the company of many ladies 20 years my senior... and they can be SOOO HOT! ::P:

I want to die with a smile on my face from the orgasm I just experienced. :D

As a single male, I can tell you that your age is the least of your issues. Stamina, maybe, but some women love a man with a silver head and a silver tongue.

Ok, I'm no spring chicken at 48... but while I have had some delightful experiences with men in their 40's, I have had a GREAT time with men up around 60. "It's not the years, baby, it's the mileage," as someone who is now a VERY hot 65 once said.

I too am a 60yr old male in this lifestyle and I endorse all that has been said here.

What I have found over the latter years is expanding your circle of friends can be difficult that's all.

Try local clubs and parties- can be hard to get into but worth it when you do. Many couples like an older man because we are not so pushy or arrogant. Move slowly and go with the flow.

It will work out great in the end. ;)

Age doesn't matter in swinging. Quoting my husband I have played with men older or younger then me. Some of the men who are older has more energy then me.

LOL, I've always liked older men - and since I keep getting older myself, well...

Of course age matters in swinging.

Its like weight, income, education, or race, it matters to people who it matters to.

When we started thinking about swinging we were late 20's. We didn't have the slightest desire to be with even couples in their late 30's at the time. It just wasn't a turn on.

Hell we weren't thrilled with couples with children either. It just didn't feel right.

Now we are late 30's ourselves, with kids, and our preferences have changed dramatically. I find my strikezone for age has increased faster than my age has, and we prefer couples with children since they understand the issues with kids and the lifestyle far more than a childless couple ever could.

Its just another checkbox for people to internally match up when looking for someone to swing with. For some age doesn't matter, for us it still does to a far less of a degree then 9 years ago, but its still a factor. Likewise, while we will occasionally see young couples who we are interested in getting to know better, I'm not going to be offended if they are not interested in us. And finally, when we see a couple in their very early 20's, we find they seem just too young.

True age only matters for meeting people online. In other situations like at socials, parties and clubs, it's all about your perceived age. We play with a lot of people that I was shocked when I found out their real age...because they didn't seem (for a lack of a better way to say it) THAT old.

But, like Chicup said, age really matters to some. I'm comfortable being with people who are old enough to be my parents, but some others may not be. The bottom line is, 59 is not 100, and if all other things are ok, you shouldn't have any more trouble finding playmates than most. Being a single male will probably be a harder challenge to overcome than your age.

What a very interesting comment. I like the way you said that.

We agree with the comments that your age does'nt really matter. We are both in our 60s and so are the six couples with whom we swing on a regular basis. When we are on vacation we look for playmates in our age group which means mid-50s and above. So go for it and good luck.

So you swing with people your age locally, and when you travel you look for people your age, but age doesn't matter?

Perhaps its more accurate to say age alone doesn't stop someone from swinging, but it most definitely matters.

The hottest lover I've had in the last year was (is) 20 years my junior... he seems to have no issues whatsoever over the age difference, nor do I think it's a kinky festish of his to play with a women old enough to be his mom. No, instead, this man makes me feel sexy, young, beautiful and hot! Am I a lucky woman or what?

You're more likely to have issues because of your status as a single male than your age.

Just be polite, respectful, fun, and take care of your appearance and you'll do fine :)

i think its just a matter of personal preferences. I'm seeing a man at the moment who's over twice my age and the age difference means nothing believe me!

I wonder if older men get more action at "school girl" events where those with a fantasy of being with an older man might be playing the young girl part?

To me, Heart & Soul matter most. Not age.

In fact, I have found that the more mature lovers are more experienced, stable, know what they want and know how to pleasure a woman.

I am 24 and find that many men ( not all ) my age are really weird sometimes and mean and just self-centered. I think its more their lack of real experience.

My couples experience has been with older couples and has been wonderful.

In fact, often I have just the opposite problem, being viewed too young by couples. I am more the natural shy and submissive type, so I am not aggressive and need the others to make the first move. At certain events I am sure some couples don't give me a second look because of my age - but, I really wish they would. I am very open.

Anyway, Mr. Ib4u1952 - you continue to stay in there and enjoy yourself.

Age is a state of mind. Lin's favorite single male playmate is 58, and he's a very good friend. To be honest, I had no idea he was 58 until he told me last summer at our campout - he doesn't look it, and damned sure doesn't act it.

You aren't too old until you convince yourself that you are. That's the day you need to forget about swinging and take up gardening in plaid shorts and sandals. As long as you're still out there having fun, you're just the right age.

I think that being older male is a bit of a handicap with some couples. But when they are open to meeting and talking they find out that an in shape older male can have some great advantages to pleasing a woman.

I personally have gotten lucky at times, but it seems I must to talk to 100 people before a real meeting is ever possible. So many view the MFM as a fantasy not a reality.

Two thoughts:

1) I'm (bi-fem) going to judge you by your self-confidence and your sexual confidence when you're introducing yourself to me...not your age. It's whether I think you'd be fun.

2) Because of #1, I tend to choose most of my single males from a local club. It's much easier to select a good playmate in person.

So we are new to swinging for the most part. We've had some experiences in private with other males and females.

We are very interested in going to a swingers club but also nervous at the same time. My husband is worried about boundaries being respected and possibly pushy men. We are a secure couple so that's not the issue, we just don't want to deal with that type of behavior.

Is this a problem we might run into?

I am at the mature end of the swinging demographic as are my play friends. The ladies have their share of curves and character lines and often prefer to wear something when younger, fitter ladies prefer total nudity. This is just to say clothing is totally OK if it makes you comfortable. This is not a photo shoot. This is intimacy and mutual giving. Besides, a little color and texture is nice to see and feel. When I know my partner is shy I can adjust and just observe that as a boundary.

      Now, go shopping.

10 years ago my wife of 29 years decided to go her own way.
I was turning 50 and while I wanted to have a spectacular life of love and fun, she just seemed to want to become a grandma and rock her grandchildren.

So I decided that I wanted to try a more open sexual relationship if I were to find another. I began dating around and I found someone who was willing to take a few steps into swinging. Sadly, after a wonderful experience I suggested we get married and she misunderstood that offer to be a "payment" for her services. So we fizzled. We broke up and her complaints about only being with me was her excuse. (I posted about this years ago on this forum. I was torched by a lot, but many understood why I made the decisions I did.)We broke up and it hurt.

Two years later we come across each other again. She hadn't found anyone, but I'm not settling either. We talked and slowly begin to engage again. Slowly she began to understand that the Swinging did not take me away from her, it actually brought me closer to her, such as that I wanted to marry her. She just couldn't get over that part, but as we continued to rebuild the trust, we became very active swingers and we did get MARRIED on the beach at Hedo.

We are generally attractive but getting older with a few pounds. We were nervous at first, but since we reconnected and went full speed ahead, we have had about 25-30 swinging times. If we counted the oral sex or just groping it would be double.

We consider ourselves experienced, but you know, we aren't nervous or anxious about it at all. She makes connections on her own, and I love that. She has proactively helped and its been a great time. She made friends with a girl recently and she told me she was going to bring her to bed with us. A year later, she is eating my cum out of her pussy.

So I guess my point is, that this Evolution of Swinging has come full circle. We go to Hedo and other places to meet up with people. We host parties at our home. Last time we had five couples and I lined all the women up on the edge of the pool and me and the men lined up and each went down the line with each woman. Later all of the girls were on our bed, just playing with each other as we watched. (I dont' deserve this!)

The torture it took to get here was mindboggling, but its been a wonderful life of one fun time after another.

Anyway, the Evolution of Swinging has been great for us. I doubt we could have handled it when we had young children around us, but we sure do enjoy it now. Just don't get bent out of shape and take it slowly. We've introduced several into the lifestyle and have been blessed to have many much younger mates.

So the Evolution has come about, I don't know what is next, but I know it will be great. Then again, we've met several "bi" men in the lifestyle and as I have told them, I will never "EVOLVE" that much.

      Just loving this life!
