Recognizing a swinger or nudist in public

An amazing thing happened to my wife and I a couple of weeks ago while shopping at Zales Jewelry. This very well dressed 51 year old sales woman was waiting on us. It was noon and only her and us were in the store. She was wearing a black thin tight thigh length dress with a very very low cut front. All of her large breasts were showing except the areolas and at times when she bent over to get a ring set for us you could see them and it was obvious she was braless. Her nipples were so large and full that they protruded through her dress big time. It was obvious she had nothing on under her dress by the way the dress fell between the crack of her ass and no panty or thong lines.

After watching her for awhile, my wife said she had a nice tan. Natural or tanning machine? She looked at my wife who was wearing mini shorts, no panties so her bare ass was showing, and no bra and a loose large arm opening tank top where her bare breasts were plain to see and said natural. Is your tan natural? My wife said yes. And wow they took off talking about skin lotions and what ear rings would go good with which tan and soon they were discussing what nudist resorts they found very nice for swinging, or families.

They soon told how long they had been swinging and nudists and I'm looking around wandering when someone would walk in on this conversation that anyone could hear. Before we left I asked the woman how she knew we were swingers and nudists. She said just your manner and your dress and what you were shopping for. I asked my wife how she knew the woman was a swinger and a nudist. She said her manner and dress.

Can any of you tell if someone is a swinger or nudist by their manner or dress? I know my wife and the woman were dressed pretty revealing but I know a lot of swingers and nudists who dress very appropriate and conservative while at work or in public. Can you tell if someone is a nudist or swinger by looking at them?

We've never developed a surefire way to identify swingers in a strictly vanilla setting. We have found that that we can be about 85% certain at a nude beach. If we look at a couple and both are shaved, its a good bet they are swingers. If the woman has a landing strip or a well trimmed and shaped bush and the guy is shaved, it's a good bet as well. If she's bikini trimmed but he's sporting a forest, they're likely NOT swingers. If both look like my back yard after 10 days of rain, they are definitely NOT swingers.

Swinger women do seem to be a bit more easy and comfortable with their bodies in public. They don't seem as self conscious about cleavage, or a dress riding up a bit and showing some thigh or the odd extra button undone (ex wife was so conservative she actually safety pinned the top most button of every blouse she wore). Swinger women seem to be more confident about their appearance than non and are less offended if someones gaze lingers a bit long. Still, we've found no absolutes.

OP…did you buy jewelry or follow up on the meeting???

I think you would need to be in a warm climate...frankly up here, right now, everybody has layers and layers of clothes on. You can barely tell women from men.

Usually its not easy at all (unless you are at a nude resort...then it's easy)...however I have been wanting to go shopping for jewellery. Can you let us know where this Zales is located? Ya know, gotta support those who are in the L/S...yeah, that's it, that's the ticket...

We bought a beautiful set of gold ear rings with a diamond set. A large gold Necklace chain with a Large Yellow Diamond Heart Pendant that can be used also as a hip chain. The end dips to a V where the Pendant dangles right at her pussy to wear when nude. Her fellow workers returned from lunch and we took her out to lunch and had a lovely conversation and found we had a lot of friends in common.

It's not 100%, but what I've come to refer to as "The Vibe" has been largely reliable. Some people you can just sort of tell. I can't identify one single trait or characteristic that's unique to each case.

As a couple in the Lifestyle for a few years, my husband and I find that we learn of other swingers mostly at our Nude parties, but we do get hit on at some clubs and gyms here in Las Vegas, and get questions about both our tans (real or not), and muscles, especially me. Many guys and their wives want to know how long it took me to get 14" biceps. That's when we find some chemistry and honesty.
