Co-workers and Swinging?

Ok so I hear its a no no, in swinging to have your co-worker join...

Can you tell me what your thoughts are on this subject?

Is it something people should just completely stay away from? Or is it a workable type thing?

I would stay away if it were me...and I'm a guy who married a co-worker.

I did it in the past and had a positive outcome but I could see how it could have had some really detrimental consequences. We still work together and sometimes share a little knowing smile. I won't do it again though, just not worth it.

Well since we are the bosses tha the owners we have always had a rule against playing with employees. We have and do have a few that are or were swingers in the past and since we are kind out we tell all new employees that we are swingers but that we have a rule against playing with employees. Keep hoping someone will say you guys are just to hot to work for and turn down the jub so they can play with us but this just has not happened.

I can only see this causing major issues. I dated women I worked with in the past and that got all sorts of screwed up! I can just imagine a co-worker! Then again, ALL of my emplyees are men!

There's a bazillion ways this can go wrong, and but a few ways it can go right. Yeah, there are success stories. But, the danger is losing your job, law suits, all sorts of nastiness.

Compare; there's plenty of people you DON'T work with that are willing and available and don't come with the problem of losing your job, etc.

You heard right. There are way to many things that can go wrong with something like that.

With the millions of people in this world to play with there is no reason at all to take that kind of chance at work.

I advise against having sex with a co worker or a neighbor. If things don't work out, if you have a bad experience, you'll have to see them everyday. It's workable and convenient if you have a good experience but how long are you planning on keeping it going?

Outside of swinging, I have slept with people that I worked with... years ago when I was too young to think twice about it. That is the general rule. Stay away from swinging with your coworkers. The benefits to risk ratio is not very favorable. If the other couple fucks and tells, that can mean a disaster, loss of job or worse.

That does happen. In fact, it happened with us. A couple we met, played with, and as we all learned about each other, we found out that my wife and the other husband works for the same company. There have been no problems as they work at different locations. But it has been nice to help each other out a couple of times with cars that were in the shop.

We feel that that is a totally different situation than shopping on company time. They work for different organizations, different locations, and don't interact at work. After several years they are still great friends and playmates.
