  1. I'll never be with a couple who has not had sex with each other for over a month.
  2. Run, really run, but nicely. Don't want to make a policeman with 'issues' really too upset.
  3. No, no, no, no, no. Not a good thing, especially when just getting to know a couple. However, even then, probably no, no, no.
  4. Swinging is a fantasy for both partners (with fair participation). Unless he gets a thrill out of just knowing that you are having sex with another man, this would not be a fair participation.
  5. I don't think that this would qualify as a 'poly' relationship. I don't even know if it sounds like a swinging relationship. But as long as all the parties involved are happy, then more power to them. However, this sort of reminds me of an earlier thread started by Spoomonkey regarding bringing someone home as a 'pet'. While that thread was approached more or less tongue-in-cheek this sounds like a real-life situation of such an occurance. Interesting...... Better Half
  6. I think that there are degrees of affection that can be had among swing partners. If allowed to develop, love could certainly enter into the picture. Speaking for myself, I have to like my potential swing partner above and beyond the physical attraction. However, I love my hubby. If my relationship with my husband was lacking in something that a swing partner provided above and beyond the sexual/friendship aspect then the ground would be ripe for love to enter the picture. As humans, we naturally gravitate towards people that can meet our needs, whatever they may be physical or emotional. So.....what is the moral of this posting, make sure that you communicate your needs to your spouse, whatever they may be, then you will not need someone else to meet them. That way swinging can remain what it usually meant to be, 'fun with friends' (or acquaintances, or strangers, or whatever the couple wants it to be).
  7. There seems to be at least a few single men out there who would not hesitate to send you a photo of his pride & joy in full excitement. That way you could preview ahead of time. It would definately help avoid an uncomfortable situation for you.
  8. You know, we have seen a few ads on SLS like that. "Both married but not to each other". I don't know how many couples would take them up on something like that but it seems a little too risky to me. Besides, then I think......so they are both having an extramarital affair and they STILL need or desire more spice. .....Whew, it exhausts me to think about it.
  9. This was one of the first threads that we read on the board. SBClp's successful experiences with the lifestyle gave us the encouragement we needed to proceed. We are so sorry for his passing. Mr. and Mrs. Better Half
  10. I concur with Amanda. Intelligence is the biggest turn on for me. Many plastic people are also a little on the 'impaired cutting edge mind' side. However, I will follow that to also say that plastic people may just be very very insecure and once you get past the plastic cover you might find some very nice people (maybe).
  11. We have had some of the best sex of our lives after leaving a very satisfying 'visit with friends'. Something about the whole situation just raises the hormone levels.
  12. "I am very happy emotionally and especially in the bedroom with this new friend of 7 weeks." Well, wonhotlady56, as you said above, this is a new friend of just 7 weeks. I personally would wait until this relationship becomes a little more solid before you jump in. Or, if you already know that this is not a future significant other and just want a partner for the lifestyle, then jump right in. Mrs. BetterHalf
  13. "Ask this of yourselves, would you tell your neighbors how you fuck each other ? If not, telling them that you fuck other people, probably is equally unwise." I agree with Edison Carter. If you don't give your friends a play-by-play of what occurs in your bedroom (I mean graphic detail) don't even think about confiding something like this to them. They would probably kick you out of the kids car pool. In fact, in my neighborhood, the fact that one of the neighbors had a weekly poker game with fairly high stakes was cause for much debate. So I can't imagine what something like swinging would cause. Maybe a riot??????
  14. Sorry, I am not convinced that we have heard from anyone except Mr. Uomo. I think he likes to pull our chains and watch us dance. He has done a good job of it. One thing he said is true... Your wish is my command.
