I'm going to take this in a slightly different direction... I am a 37 y/o Male, me and my wife have been in the LS for about 5 years... In the last few years despite... how much I love sex, women, and especially how turned on I get watching my wife with another guy... I have a very difficult time getting it up... Actually so much to the point that I was really starting to question myself... You see at the age of 30 I had a major heart attack, I had stints put in and a year later I had to have quintuple bi-pass as the years have gone by I have a it harder and harder to maintain an erection let alone get on up. Sometimes, I'm finding the stimulation has to be pretty big and there are time no matter how big the stimulation it just does not happen (and believe me I feel very horny my dick just does not)! This is what I have learned, in part I owe the fact that my wife is a doctor (general surgeon) and has many Doctor friends... So after all of us coming and putting our heads together here it is... I have learned that any more people with E.D. are no longer being looked at in the same way, in the past it was considered that it was mostly a mental thing that they just needed to work past it. However now we have learned a bit more, and when a guy goes in complaining ED issues they are immediately starting to look at clogged arteries, and more often that not, they are finding that they guy is only a few years of having a heart attack if not sooner... Like I said I had a major heart attack at 30, but my symptoms of ED started at around 24... So this is food for thought... You may want to get this checked...

Okay well some time has passed since I have posted in this thread... but I thought this would be the appropriate one to post this in... about 2 weeks ago my wife gave me the thumbs up. To be honest I am not ready myself... We have been together for over 9 years and have been in the life style 4 to 5 years now... I honestly have no idea how to even approach another female. I figure if anything we will keep it in mind when we go to on premise clubs... But needless to say I think it is funny that even now in the event that I have the permission to play myself I still just want to watch her, and could care less rather I play or not... lol funny how life is, especially considering my past and how many I have been with before my wife.

My wife 25 and I 35 had the exact same issue as you as I am older than her I had more of a chance to explore than she did as we got together when she was 18 she had only had one partner as opposed to my endless list of forgotten names. I not unlike yourself decided that she should get a chance to "enjoy life" and also not unlike you the thought of her being with another man was a huge turn on. Though she did not understand that at first and thought I was making up...and also thought that I would change my mind once I saw her engaged in the act. Well that was 4 years ago... since then we have enjoyed many party's, clubs and even some of our own friends. The jealousy issue has not changed sad to say over those four years though, I have had the occasion to get to play one time with the wife of another couple (that are friends and swingers that we knew outside of swinging) though it was sanctioned by the wife... after everything was said and done she could not get passed her jealousy. We still enjoy the HotWife aspect a lot (and I do mean a lot) after all we got into this for her to explore and me to enjoy watching her explore. I kinda figured that she may change her mind one day... maybe she will maybe she will not. I though had never set my expectations on the fact that she will change her mind so if she doesn't I'll be just happy being a voyeur. So that may be just something to keep in mind.

We don't have a problem with him having a copy we just don't want it released on the net. The key issue is that we were to have a copy and she left it there ad now he will not return it. the fact that he will not return it suggests to me that he is far more untrustworthy than I would like to think, and that is what gives me reason to believe he may post it.

Umm no of course we are not documenting... as far as the name being on the lawsuit yes it would be but people wrapped in their worlds are far less apt to pay attention to something is they have to read it but if they can see and hear the person, their memory is a little better, I don't want to be seen or heard..... and no as we are married and it effects both of us we would both be injured parties.

Well it goes like this, My Wife went to vegas this weekend for a wedding. Prior to this event she had met the best man at another function and fucked him (and really enjoyed it!) She had asked me if she got the chance to do him again could she ...well of course I said (he is aware she is a HotWife)... So wouldn't you know it he wanted her bad. So they go to his room (after being caught by the bride while they tried to have sex in a nearby bathroom).... so while having sex he pulls out a video camera and asked if you can record the sex, she told him she would have to ask me...So she calls me back here in Oklahoma and I tell them both that they could under 2 conditions 1. after he copy's it to his lap top we get the disk and 2. He could not post it on the net.... he agrees and they get of the phone and return to what they were doing. So after the deed is done he records it to his lap top and my wife leaves and forgets the disk... no problem right she can get it the next morning? well since that point he has kept coming up with excuses as to where it is... I'm at a complete loss as to what to do any suggestions. I have never formally met the guy and from what I can gather he is a turning out to be a prick I know where he lives, and works hell I even know where he plays golf.... Here the deal I Know criminal law (I'm a cop) I don't know Civil law that well but i have won two civil suits before. This is what I know, though it happened in vegas all party members have residence in Oklahoma and I was in Oklahoma when the agreement was made via phone, thus it should not be a problem to have the venue here in Oklahoma. I also know that a verbal contract is just as binding as a written if it can be proven that both parties agreed to it. and that civil law unlike criminal law is only based on a preponderance of the evidence. Thus not beyond a reasonable doubt. and last but not least that Oklahoma law is also based on the reasonable man. So in short it's reasonable to assume we would have made these rules and there are two of us versus one saying that we agreed to them. But it shouldn't be to much of an effort to have a recorded conversation with him and get thim to admit he did agree to this , he's very willing to talk about it...just not give it up. and of course there is the case (can't remeber the girls name though) who's boyfriend posted her web cam video's on the net without her permission. She took him to court and cleaned him out. So there is a presidence already set for the posting issue if he should do it. And it's common knowledge that if he agreed to give property based on a deal that he would have to honor his end.... So I'm really not to worried about winning the suit I just need an attorney to go to court for me so I don't have to be seen. Being a cop and going to court on this issue is a certain out, not to mention my wife will be a Doctor in a year. So she can't be seen either, I would really prefer to have a swinger as an attorney for obvious reasons.

Is there a swinger that is an attorney in Oklahoma to help a swinger couple, in reference to a swinging issue.....?
