I was browsing some threads and there was a sentiment shared that the size of a women's labia and/or clit was directly related to her age. Well, that put me into research mode and I found these two articles:

The Mrs. has been receiving hormone therapy for the past nine months or so, that has included implanted bio-identical testosterone pellets. I agree 100 percent,  I  am 62 and I have found after menopause, women that take no hormone therapy,  their clitoris get smaller as they get older. I haven't seen one that gets bigger and I have had 2 women that I  had to search for their clitoris. That's why I share my viagra with them so their clitoris will swell and be more sensitive. 

So let’s talk about men and age. My take is they are not as big even with ED meds. They are not as hard even with ED meds. Their balls sag which is not a terrible thing. Their semen or ejaculate diminish, something that I miss in oral sex. Getting back up may or may not happen, it it does it won’t be spontaneous. 
I can’t say much about other women who I don’t know long enough to evaluate changes. My clitoris has not shrunk, quite the opposite since I lost weight it protrudes more. My labia is not as tight as it was, my own observation not a complaint I heard. I think most women don’t lubricate as much as we get older.

The medical/clinical perspective:

Aging is part of life, old age is a gift visited on comparatively few. 

Skin generally loses its turgor (part of why wrinkles appear); mucous membranes thin, dry, and are prone to fissures (cracks). Hair whitens and thins in some areas, and becomes coarse (men's ears, for example) in others. 

The atrophic changes in skin and mucous membranes cannot be stopped but they can be slowed. Moisturizer and (for mucous membranes) lubricant becomes important. Women who have been prescribed systemic hormone replacement therapy will have slower atrophy. Women who choose not to use systemic hormone replacement therapy, or are not candidates for that therapy due to another medical condition may benefit from local/topical estrogen therapy. This comes on two forms: estrogen cream and the Estrace vaginal ring. Our clinical experience: women prefer the ring as more convenient and less messy. It does not interfere with sex and needs to be (self-)removed and replaced with a fresh ring roughly every 90 days.

We believe that completely. We are becoming more sexually active as we mature. I hear so many stories of couples having no sex which frightens me.
