this is obviously flawed...
One does not need to be socially or recreationally involved.. for it to be swinging.. it's not most often MFMF.. swinging with one extra girl is swinging.. or an extra guy..period..

I would say...
three or more mutually consenting people having sex.

Swinging is sexual acts between 3 or more CONSENTING adults. If you lie to get laid than, that really makes the other couple NONE consenting, since if you told the truth then they would say no. Pretty simple really.

This is my favorite of Neo's odd habits. Asking a question, waiting for a few responses to come in, then ignoring them and asking the question again, hoping to get more satisfactory responses.

Swinging is consensual sexual activity between three or more people. That's even what the (current) Wikipedia entry says.

Your activities are not swinging by that definition because they are not consensual. The couples you swing with don't satisfy the requirements of "informed consent" because you misrepresent yourself. Your activities with your girlfriend involve coercing her into doing things that she's not interested in doing, which is again not consent.
