Were you ever a Janet?

I never saw myself as a Janet, just someone who couldn't understand why my free spirit always got me into trouble, it is nice to now have found a place where I am accepted just for who I am.

ohhh i so was janet.. the reason i got married was cus we'd been dating for so long and it was the thing to do... i was the mom and wife that if the husb did anything i'd go behind him to do it my way... i still have that some (okay most) of the time. hhehheheh didn't have a social life at all other then friends i had growing up. then when swinging came up i was like hell no.. it's not for us... hehhehe. but i did give it a try after 8 yrs and i'm glad i did. it's sooo me that i dont' see why i waited soooo long to try it and would never go back to vannila again... if i had a husb that said hey... lets stop i'd tell him hey.. i love you.. but that's not me anymore and i can either stay with you and still play or we can go seperate ways and i'd be swinging single...

It's funny that I ran across this thread. She was just saying a few weeks ago that she really has (in the past) felt like a Janet.

Susan here-- Well, until I was 28 I was only having monogamous, defined by the status quo and idyllic relationships. Then I had sex as an extension of friendship. I only wanted to enjoy the person with no strings and golly gee, I woke up the next day and nothing bad happened. Then I tried it with another friend. This led to a fmfm foursome with friends, which led to sex with a married couple and I never have looked back.
