Show your support for Swingtown!!! It's getting slammed in the Neilson forums!

Here's the link to the Neilson forums: Swingtown Opinions, Ratings, News And Reviews at Hey! Nielsen

Just wanted to make sure it was actually a site related to Nielson and it is... and the show is getting slammed pretty hard there.

It seems like the people who were enjoying the show Moonlight are the biggest critics (go figure)... ya know if they did some research they'd probably find out that they showed all the episodes they had of Moonlight before they quit....

I just wish we could be a Neilson family. I already do Homescan through them, but I want to do the TV one!!

We signed up and voted, Only 108 people have voiced their opinion, hell, just the users here could beat that croud!

It looks like it takes a while for the overall opinion score to update. Stuck at 29% for a while.

NCMD is right. We could blow that number out all by ourselves.

That's up then, last time I had looked it was stuck at 24 - and if you look at what the rating score is based on it's a lot more than just the general feeling of the opinions posted. It's as much about the overall popularity of show (# of poeple talking about it in comparison to other shows), as well as reviews in Billboard and other related magazines.

I noticed that there were two parts to rating the show. Your comment, and then under the bar graph (or was it over it) there was another radio button to click on to rate the show.

I just noticed you can post a new opinion about the show every 24 hours... so this is one of those go back daily things.

Been there, voted on the pole as well as gave a few "I strongly agree" to some of the post and "strongly disagree" to others.

I think that's going to count for more in the end than what people are saying on a message board.

High ratings = advertising = not likely to be cancelled.

It is currently the first one on page one, our member name is randp. One thing I noticed is that when I click on the link above, I then have to click on first post because it currently takes you to the third page of posts. Kind of funky software they are using.
