You know it's actually not even the $100 to "defray costs" that bothers me. I have been to lifestyle parties at clubs where the cover for a couple is typically $75 to $100 and if you want a food and drinks package can easily be $300.

Ok...I don't know if you are over reacting or not but I do know more than one party in our area works that way. Is it legal? I don't know that either. But one of the gb females who has hotel parties like that told me that Vice told her, do not touch the money. Either have the donations online or put in a drawer and not ever handed over. It has to be a donation that isn't counted right then and there before the sex.
