I've only ever heard it referring to the co-ed style stag aka "stag and doe". If someone asked us to go to a Jack & Jill thats what we would expect and would be quite surprised to find anything esle. You learn something new everyday.

Up until this thread the only thing I ever heard called a "Jack&Jill" is a bachelor & bachelorette party combined where both the bride and groom will be there.
