Say a new club opened and you saw it listed somewhere, but really knew nothing about it other than the name, is there something in a name that could influence you one way or the other as to your decision to visit the club? Steve's Swinger Shack? Laura's Love Loft? Would you be more likely to visit one of the above over the other? Why?

It just suggests it's been set up with the woman in mind and sounds more sensual, a man's name makes it sound seedy. However the name should just be the icing on the cake, the web site is the biggest influence on our decision to attend a club.

A creative name says a lot (maybe) about the ownership... And some names almost make the place sound like it is in a seedy part of town... Then again - our club has a dull name and it was the website that caught our eye... |

We are looking forward to a visit to New Orleans in April and we plan on visiting Collette's! |
