Default What's allowed in an Off-premise Club?

What kind of things are allowed in an off premise club? How far can you take it on the dance floor?

Newbie - That's really going to depend on the club...and sometimes the general vibe. Here in Washington DC we have a off-premise club called Entre Nous. They allow people to push the boundaries with theme nights like slip tease night or pasties night or body painting night -- allowing the women to be basically nude or topless. We've seen the action get pretty hot, but beyond a few discreet blowjobs never seen out and out sex happening. So probably no hard and fast rules on your question, so going to tend to be up to the club, club owner, city, etc.

As the other poster said, it depends on the club.

We were at one, were it was very free and open, and after hours,..ended up having QUITE the time,....on more then one occasion.

Another club we went to, it was rare to see a woman go topless. You would never know it was any different, then a regular walk-in bar.

Check with the club first. At alot it depends on the alcohol laws. Sometimes people try to push the limits and owners allow it, keeps the members happy. But it could still get them in legal problems. It's amazing how alcohol and decency laws are still so intertwined. Sometimes club owners allow things because the know the attendees very well and feel safe and then the word gets out. Not trying to scare you, you need to know the facts also.

The on premise clubs get away with it because they normally don't serve and it's BYOB.

What they said

I've seen clubs allow as far as soft-swap at off-premsie clubs... I've even seen "off-premise" clubs that have "conversation" rooms with doors that can be locked... and I've seen off-premise clubs that enforce very strict no nudity (or beyond) policies.

But please do keep in mind that if they are enforcing stringent rules it's to cover their asses AND yours, so don't hold it against them.

The most important thing is to pay attention to the rules when visiting a club for the first time. If they don't give you a walk through or just say 'We have the same rules as other clubs' request 'their' specific rules. I say this because most club rules are similar but as mentioned before state and local laws can make for some strange rules.

An example: One of our favorite clubs had to make a deal with an establishment down the street that has strippers and porn flicks. Said club had to agree to not show porn and no total nudity outside the play area. By following these rules the club is very popular and thriving.

A couple of other places we go to have total nudity and play anywhere in the club. Ask questions if your not sure and have a blast .

Mr. Omg ~

These sound like ON-premise clubs that you're referring to. Maybe you can expand on that.

I know around here, NO play is allowed anywhere in an OFF-premise club. Even nudity is controlled as best it can be, although breasts get exposed in a flash now and then.

I agree with the others who said it depends on the club. I was at a certain club that was an OFF PREMISE club with private "talking rooms". Yes I did talk in the room and much more.

If it is your first time, look listen and learn. Be aware of your surroundings and what is transpiring. If you see lots of topless ladies, Im betting topless is ok!

Enjoy, have fun and let us know what your new club allows!

first time we ever went was a couple weeks ago. she was really nervou, almost the whore in chruch thing. she is a former dancer for 14 yrs and im sure she has done the whole gammuet, tho that was before she met me.
anyway, the club management was super nice, showed us all of the club and all the rooms. this was off premise byob.
later that night, she danced on the pole, got naked and had a really good time.
we have been to another cllub that is off premise and the same situation there, no problems, she has a great time and no problems.

State and local laws have a lot to do with what can take place at a off premise club as well. Personal experience has ranged from a massive soft swing orgy to 'Are you sure this it off premise?'.

Lots of good suggestions have been provided, but if you don't want to play it by ear. Many clubs have an orientation that you can attend or organizers will often make themselves available to answer questions for you about such things.

Default Re: What's allowed in an Off-premise Club?

I'm confused after reading by the on/off premise definition.

I thought that "on-premise" meant they had a license for sale of alcohol served "on the premise" (e.g. bar). "Off premise" meant they had a liquor license to sell for take-out (e.g. package store).

If a club had an "on-premise" license, the morals police would be all over them holding their license hostage for good behavior (not to mention the zoning board).

A club with an "off-premise" license would have patrons drinking in the parking lot, which would also draw heavy enforcement activity, and wouldn't be very practical for guests.

The unlicensed club (neither on-premise nor off-premise) would be BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) -- this is how most clubs I've seen have to do things.

So would some kind person please educate me about the special interpretations of on and off premise with respect to swing club activities?

I'm going senile.

"On-Premise" you can expect to have sex on their bed, couch, chandelier, etc.

"Off-Premise" you have to take your partner(s) elsewhere.

DAH!!!
