I would love to hear if other's have had experience with this. I found this one online a few months ago: Exotic Travel Services - Lifestyle Swinger Cruise after I had booked a similiar cruise on Carnival Legend with a different kind of group. There was a big part of me that wished I could reschedule and go on this one but since we were going with friends I couldn't.

Incidently on the cruise I went on this winter there were many lifestyle people in our group (500 people all together). Several used the code "are you on Swing Lifestyle" to gauge my reaction. It was fun to hang out with a bunch of lifestyle people again. A cruise ship would make for an awesome lifestyle adventure as we did end up having a MFM before the week was over.

We've been on a one week cruise with: swinger-holidays.com
It's a small ship (4 couples + skipper and his wife), with basic comfort but we really, really liked it. The skipper is a great storyteller, so when you're not busy having sex, there is much fun

bob and tess from the convention naughty in nawlins puts on a cruise that is a whole boat take over. check out their website. some other people put on cruises that are just part of the boat. the other part of the boat is vanillla that's not good

We went on a cruise that was not a total takeover cruise but instead booked with a lifestyle group that had a large group of rooms as a package deal on an otherwise vanilla cruise. It was our introduction to the lifestyle and we had a great time. If one was more experienced or looking for a more Hedo like atmosphere then a takeover cruise might be more your thing.
