I tend to be a bit shy (hence the reason I haven't posted in years on this site), but if I am in a "mood" then I am extremely outgoing and become bold enough to walk up to anyone and start a conversation. If they seem nice (smile) and enjoying each other and seemingly comfortable with the lifestyle, I probably would start talking to them.
