Club Owner Wants Advice

Hi Allllllllll .... we just opened a full swing/nudist B and B here in Vegas and I want any and all ideas that will make us the most exciting place to stay? What do you look for in a place? What is something that would make you reccommend a place? Thanks soooooooo much in Advance Carla

Close to the casinos? Or offer free shuttles back and forth?

What kind of people to you expect to attract? Young barbi and kens. stuck up profrssionals? 45+ persons. (no offense to anyone intended)

Price is always a consideration.

Can we bring our own drinks, is there food available around-the-clock after all Vegas is a 24 hour town. Is there a common area to couple to meet/greet.

Couples only or will singles be allowed?

I'm sure I can thik of more.

Will you be hosting meet and greets that outside couples can attend? Or do you offer shuttles to the lifestyle clubs? If you're a B&B with only 4 rooms...that's not much of a selection.

Actually, the idea of a swinger's B&B is a good one. I'll echo the above questions and suggestions - a shuttle down to the strip might be a bit much, but that's just me. I like the idea of an occasional meet & greet - maybe even monthly. I don't know if you have a website or not, but you should seriously consider that. A professionally designed and hosted website is a great advertising investment.

Also consider booking private parties. I know that there are lots of people out there who would love to host a house party, but can't for one reason or another. Your place would be a perfect way for them to have their party.

Think of all of the negative things normally associated with a swing club (cleanliness, etc...) and address those issues beforehand so they don't become issues in your place.

Overall, I think you have a great idea, and wish you the best!

Do your rooms have private entrances or are you exposed to the club areas ?

We would not stay at a club occupying a room that is used by the general public for play. Some keep room's you can crash in after 1-2 am..... Thats not our thing, but some do.

We would rather pay a premium price as travelers, for our own privacy. Separate entrance from the attendees. Perhaps somewhat of a view of something out the window. Our own bathroom and shower........ Hot tub ?

Whats on the breakfast menu ?

Big home made feast, or something along the continental lines ?

I agree with above. A shuttle might be a bit much right now, but would be a good investment. I listed some other suggestions/questions below

Is there a pool and hot tub?
If so how private is the area?
How tall is you fence?
Also consider when you plan to serve food as some people like to sleep in after partying.
Who is doing the cooking is something to consider.

I would say the shuttle or the bus line is the most important to us at your location. It doesn't have to be free as far as we're concerned, but not the full price of a taxi.

One planned activity for the entire house per weekend - going out to a club together.

A few things we look for in a club is first and formost is the place clean? Have security? Have nice lockers, showers, etc. Themed rooms are always a plus. Good snacks or food. Have a good DJ/Dancefloor. Just a few things to keep in mind.

There is a Star Bucks Coffee Machine and Huge Breakfast in the morning and a happy hour in the afternoon for food....... and we have 3 gorgeous common rooms including a dance floor

4 rooms is enough for us.........We want it intimate. We are opening a huge resort in a few months.

I think 4 rooms is plenty. I really like the idea. I think it's pretty cool that you offer rides to the local swing clubs.
