tHE HOUSE IS GORGEOUSLY CLEAN AND WHEN PEOPLE ARE MAKING RESERVATIONS I EVEN ASK IF THEY WANT HIGH COUNT COTTON SHEETS OR SILK..... THERE ARE NO LOCKERS, BUT IF WE EXPAND WE MIGHT PUT A SET OUT BY THE POOL. WE ARE EVENTUALLY HAVING A DAY RESORT TOO FOR THE LOCAL GUEST.

Carla,

I strongly suggest that you down play the fact that the owners/management are in the porn industry. This past summer we went to SwingFest and there were numerous comments about the porn stars that were featured, and they were not positive comments for the most part.

So far my understanding is that you have a four bedroom B&B with private pool, hot tub, etc. If we were going to Vegas, staying there would be attractive from the standpoint that the other guests would be swingers. That we would be able to sunbathe in the nude by the pool, etc.. But if we were tired after a day on the strip, we might not want a party with non-staying guests coming from outside partying until the wee hours of the morning. A B&B is a more intiment environment. You say you are planning a huge resort, that would be cool also, but it would keep the late night parties in the appropriate areas and away from guest rooms.

I am concerned with you letting non-staying guests come to the B&B. Swinger's clubs spend a lot of effort (at least the ones we have been to) on security and protecting the privacy of their guests. Opening the B&B to outsiders, i.e. the public, is likely to earn you a spot in the "Swingers in the News" forum here on SB.

Carla,

As a business man, and swinger, I keep the two in my personal life and staff seperate. I strongly suggest that you do so as well. You are running a business. That doesn't mean that you can't get your play time in, but be careful of doing so with clients, or you might find yourself with non-paying guests and not being profitable.

You are setting up a B&B in a residential neighborhood and you are talking about holding parties there. I strongly suggest that you check out this forum:

A B&B that is legally established and discretely is Swinger oriented with a few couples staying each night and what happens there does not disturb the tranquil suburbia of your neighbors. That's cool.

A not completely legal business, advertising as a sex business, having loud pool parties with cars all over the neighborhood. That is an advertisement for Vegas's Finest to come knocking on your door with camera lights and news at 11:00!

Your B&B is listed as Vegas Nude Bed and Breakfast located for anyone to find in Swingers Clubs Listings for people who want information on your establishment.

I googled your location, got a map, and took the satellite view of the area. You're in a residential neighborhood located in a circle. From how you describe your intentions for this business, I don't think it's what people (especially neighbors) will consider as the usual Bed & Breakfast.

No matter what you call it, you've got a swinger club going in a residential neighborhood and I get the feeling you're most interested in renting it out to one group for their parties and also holding your own regular parties to bring in additional revenue. It's a party house for swingers and your neighbors may not be thrilled.

I would be more comfortable paying a little more for a nice room in a big hotel on the strip. I can have the same ammenities, enjoy the company of a few friends in my room, and not worry about the police showing up.

And that is Fine too.......I would never blame someone for going to a hotel.......LV is famous for them. since everyone is worried about the neighbors......there are 3 of us............I have 2 of the houses and my lawyer is the head of the ACLU... this was a club for nudist called OUR HOUSE for many years........... and with only 4 rooms to rent ya got to realize it isnt a huge business......it was something we wanted as a passion.......I never meant to get a twitter........only get to know people
