Video Sex at Club or Party - Would You Do This?

If you were at a club or party and there was a private room for video taping your play activities, would you do it?

For this example, the service is free if you allow them to keep the copies and sell them in a store or the internet.

If you wouldn't be comfortable with the whole world seeing your HOT time, would you pay to have a private session taped? If so, how much?

If you are paying, consider that the room would have 4 fixed cameras. A professional camera operator(s) would be at a higher price.

Both paying and free clients would leave with a DVD copy. The paying client would also get all of the original tapes and a professionally edited version for an additional fee.

I voted "no way" although I might consider it on the rare occasion. I'm not really interested in being a porn star but I think an experienced videographer could make an interesting video. Perhaps I'd be interested in purchasing a few videos.

Don't want to see myself on the cover (or back) of a DVD in the adult book store. Nope, not me. Even paying, I would wonder if I received the ONLY copy especially if they had time to do some professional editing.

Now video and pictures among us and some friends, maybe, but at a club, nope.

I would be concerned to make sure that I had a release from the club that I own all rights to the video and that they and the camera operator forego any rights. Keep in mind that when it comes to photos and video the person who takes the pictures automatically owns the rights unless there is something in writing stating otherwise.

Even with that in writing, someone could hang on to a copy and attempt to use it, leaving you to try to go after them for copyright infringement and by then it's too late. (Something to keep in mind even if you are just videotaping a session privately with another couple).

We are members of the Cottage in PA. They have a video room. There is a camera and a VCR so that you can record your session. The only other feed from that camera is a TV in the bar area. Yes, we used that room with two friends of ours. I have the one and only tape. It was great fun, but no way would I let a 3rd party have access to it!!!

I have friends that attend Burning Man every year. When I ask them why they don't take pictures of the fun they had, their answer will always be "We were having too much fun!" I can't/won't appear in an adult feature, and I don't think I would want a souvenier copy to remember the fun time. Hell I probably couldn't forget the fun time.

it seems that with all the video and camera stuff(software) available there are allot of couples in the lifestyle that are into video/photography these days. we even see allot of profiles that state that couples who are into this sort of thing are willing to do a free set or at least a really cheap offer.

we are very camera shy for safety reasons. but we have to admit something about it is a turn on in the wright settings.

we have shared camera time with certain couples where any and all editing is done at the table while we are together. with very trusted friends. so far with good results for free.

I have been filmed at parties several times. Although I have always been promised that I would get a copy I have only gotten a copy once and that was transfered to me via the internet so I have never gotten a hard copy. This tell me that there probably aren't too many hard copies in existence.

I have always looked at it like this: there are thousands of people out there willingly putting themsleves on the internet for our adult entertainment already so the few lousy tapes that are out there with me on them probably have a long way to go before they might end up on store shelves.

That said, what if I did suddenly find my visage on a porno DVD? Well it would be a racy one including a completely bisexual MMF FFM (and everyother combo you could think of), orgy seen becuase those are the ones that have been taped.

So my first question to someone confronting me with them would be: how long have you been into this? Becuase you would have to be pretty much into the same shit as me for you to find one of these tapes.

In a club or private party-no way. I would be open to a professional. Having somebody taping and watching us while doing our thing sounds pretty damn erotic. Lovinhim puts most of the porn stars out there to shame and I'd love to see her in action on video. I'd do it in a heartbeat. We have made our own tapes but when everything is done from a single location it takes something out of it. I think it would have to be somebody in the lifestyle though. I don't think I would be comfortable even with a professional. That is unless erotic video taping is their thing.
So how about it? Anybody volunteering?

No way. We're both in professions where this would not be a good idea. We don't even have any R rated (let alone X rated) pics that show our faces. We're comfortable with our sexual choices, but this would be way too much for us both to risk.

Thanks for the responses. I was speaking to a promoter for a party coming up in 2008. During our discussion we wondered if people would enjoy this service and actually use it?

I expected there to be a lot of "no" votes. I don't think a majority of people would do this but if it could pay for itself then it might be a fun thing for a couple to do during a three day party.

A little more about the event. It is a hotel complete takeover. If they did the video it would be done in a private suite. It would not be a group room that is open to the attendees but it would be large enough to accommodate a group if there was enough interest.

Only the couple(s) that wish to be taped would be in the room. One video session per couple(s) with the option of being taped on fixed cameras or an additional option to add a camera operator.

Only the people that you want in the room during your session would be allowed.

The editing would be an option not a requirement. All original camera tapes would be handed to the client and no copies would be kept by the promoters.

There would be a contract that states "this is a work made for hire" and (insert video company here) makes no claim to copyright, etc. etc.

Funny thing happened yesterday. I logged on to this site, and was reading this post. I shave my head regularly and it was beginning to itch again so I thought to myself, I'll read/respond later. We'd say "no" but only because we tend to be a little paranoid if we don't know the photographer. We've been photographed by and with a good friend - but we trusted him quite a bit - and would LOVE to have a high quality video.

But, the setup wouldn't appeal to us.

However, I am sure that this would get plenty of attention at the party you are describing. There are more "adventurous" couples than us and at one of the clubs here, they regularly have a professional photographer come in who stays pretty busy.

It sounds like a great idea for a party of that size.
