Experience at Las Vegas Red Rooster

This post is a review of the club as seen thru a newbie couples eyes.

My wife and I are definately newbies. In fact, she didn't even know about the Red Rooster until we got to Vegas. We've talked about same room sex and watching "live porn" for a while now so I figured there's no better place than Vegas right? Anyways, we went to to the Rooster on a Wednesday night, here's the review..........

Got there about 11:00 p.m. As you walk in there is a small reception area where they collect your "donation". Proceed past the reception and the Bar is right in front of you. As you reach the bar, to the right is the stairs up into the couples area and next to the stairs is the dancefloor. Behind the dance floor is two or three bedrooms with lockable doors. If you keep going straight past the bar there is the lounge area with pool table to the left, and an area to the right which would be considered the lounge. Beyond the lounge on the right side is the group room. If you walked straight through the lounge area you would be in pool/spa. This place really is a house and is not "huge" but it's not really small either. There were about 13-15 couples and about 15 single guys. You could spot the regulars pretty easily from the way they interacted with everyone. I'll give a rundown of our evening from here on out........

11:00-11:30 Lounge area:
Sat at a table and watched 5-6 single guys play pool with an attractive female in a classy but nicely provocative skirt. She was with another guy but was playing and teasing with the single guys while her partner watched. Nothing too crazy but definately teasing and having a good time with it.
A regular (I can't remember his name but he was in a wheelchair) came up and started talking to us. He was very friendly and when we told him we were new to the whole thing he gave us some simple advice and basically said have a good time. No pressure. He also told us about a club in our area (which we had no idea about) that was very friendly to "newbies". Overall impression of downstairs was, mostly single guys, a few of em classy and a few of em just looking to jerk-off on somebody's tits (nothing wrong with that just not what we're looking for). Besides the single guys there was two or three couples hanging around the dance floor that I think were probably there just to tell their friends they did it. Group area was dead except for a guy sitting naked on a bed looking bored. Pool area was one couple sitting in a corner and a single guy sitting in the jacuzzi. There was also a transvestite sitting in the corner of the lounge which didn't really bother me but some people might find it a little weird.


11:30-1:00 Couples area:
Since nothing was happening downstairs we ventured up into the couples area. Immediately up stairs is a small landing with a T.V. and a couple of couches. Walk across the top and there is a couple more couches and table with a few bedrooms beyond that. When we arrived there was one couple and a "volunteer" upstairs at the landing. We walked around and there was no-one in the bedrooms so we sat down at one of the couches on the opposite side of the landing. The couple sitting at the top of the stairs ventured over after a while and sat down on the couch next to us. They were regulars and seemed like pretty decent people.The guy was probably in his early-mid forties and the lady was attractive and probably in her late - 30's.
We talked for a while and exchanged information about interests and such. My wife and I weren't there to swing but apparenty that couple was as whenever my wife got up to use the restroom etc. he would ask me if she had any "lesbian" fantasies. Anyways, they were decent folk but not what I was looking for a first time experience. I had the feeling the male half of the couple just wanted to see his wife and mine get it on and I figured it wouldn't be any fun if there was pressure to go beyond what we had decided we wanted to do. While we were talking with this couple sevearl others ventured upstairs and at one point when I went to the bathroom I walked past a bedroom and there was a crown gathered around a bed. I didn't look but it seemed like it was two or three couples gawking at one couple fucking on a bed. Kinda weird, no-one else was playing, just watching intently.

You're going to see a lot of this...period. Every on-premise club we've been to, had more than it's share of "watchers". We even brought it up at one club, to several couples and the owners. Hell!! We emptied the bar area at a club in Reno. Only to find 3/4 were watching the other 1/4 do their thing.

We like on & off premise clubs. But are leaning more and more to off, as it cuts through the LONG list of porn watchers. You would think some of these people would just rent a movie (porn) and stay home.

So about 1:00 the couple we had been talking to ask if we are up for "anything"? I took the lead and replied no. The only reason I said no instead of "sure why don't we go fuck our wives in that bedroom over there" was because we had repeatedly stated we weren't there for swapping, yet the male half of the couple was constantly hinting in not so subtle ways that he wanted to see some girl on girl action. We were up for some same room stuff but after all the hints he had made I felt if we got in the same room together there would have been more hints and subtle "pressure". Since we are totally new at this I didn't want my wife's (or my own) experience to be less than pleasurable. This was the only "opportunity" we had all night and although the couple was definately attractive to us I just wasn't comfortable putting ourselves in that situation.

1:00 - 1:30 Lounge area/pool/group area/downstairs bedrooms
We went back downstairs and walked around. By this time there were only about 3-4 couples and 10 or so single men. We went out to the pool and nothing was going on so we sat and talked about what had happened with the other couple. My wife had wanted to play with these people (same room) and I had to explain about the bi-sexual comments of the male half of that couple. (I guess I should explain here that my wife knew nothing about my evil plans of going to the Rooster before we got to Vegas. When we got to the hotel room and started talking about the evening's plans I showed her the printout from the website that I had brought with me. She immediately got very wet and was definately up for this. We were both interested in exploring this side of sex and I think she was a little disappointed in the outcome from our encounter. She didn't get the vibe I had gotten but I think men are sometimes a little more in tune with this than women are. Especially when
it comes to what other men are thinking.) Anyways we walked back into the lounge and started a little bit of playing. Just kissing and a little groping and were immediately stared at by 10 sets of eyes from the single side of the club.
Just for kicks I walked my wife into the group room and we were closely followed by at least two of the guys. In the group room is about seven or eight beds at various heights and there was one guy sitting naked one one side of the room and one other guy sitting fully clothed on the other. This place looks like it could be fun if the room was packed but on this night it was rather pathetic IMO. After our excursion to the group room we walked to the downstairs bedrooms and were again followed closely by two of the single guys. We just looked into the rooms to see if anything was going on and nothing was. We passed both of the single guys in the narrow hallway on the way out and it was rather funny to me. After that we left and had some great sex at the hotel afterwards.

Overall I'd say we had a good time even though we saw nothing like what we had hoped. We were planning on returning on the weekend but gambling and dinner and all those other things got in the way so we didn't. I think it might have been much better with more people at the club which I understand there is on the weekends. Bottom line, we will go back next time we are in town. Definatley worth the 30 bucks it costs to get in.

Some advice for single guys, don't look like wounded puppies and give couples there space. If it hadn't been so pathetic I might have been up for putting on a show.

I'm curious, you've said that you weren't there for swapping. What were you there for?

We were there to explore the whole scene. Our rules were pretty simple, no sexual contact. Other than that we were up for anything else.

No,not just to watch.We are new to this whole thing and, have and will do the same room sex thing. We aren't the, jerkoff and watch you have sex couple,but are taking things at our own speed. If I sound defensive it's because I've heard too much flak about "So you just wanna watch me fuck" and that's not what it is. We are testing the waters and seeing where we want to go. In the meantime we will be more than happy to show you ours if you show us yours.
