Ok, has anyone experienced this one yet?

We were at the club last night and Barry White was playing on the juke box. Everyone was dancing the slow grind and this guy walks up behind me and asks if he can dance with me. I checked him out and we was pretty good looking although a little short for my tastes buy I say sure. When the dance was over I told him it was time for an introduction. We exchanged names and I introduced him to Mr. Another song started and we were dancing again when I asked him where his wife or girlfriend was (couples only night) and he points to a table and says "I'm here with my MOM" She smiles at me and waves. OMG was all that I could think of. I thanked him for the dance and adjourned to the ladies room to laugh. I didn't see him when I returned so I told Mr. the story and I thought he was going to bust a gut laughing. About a half hour later we see this guy and MOM coming out of the couples only play room. OMG again! We decided it was time to go home.

Everytime we think we've seen it all something new happens. Clubs are great.

Mrs. just told me she posted this and I have to say I normally tend towards maximum discretion when it involves specific things that happen at the club. In this case though, this was just too bizaar and off the wall. She said I nearly busted a gut laughing, which is true, she actually thought I was going to pee my pants. I guess it was just something that you would never expect. This guy was mid thirties and Mrs. says is not bad looking but no matter how much we speculate we can't figure out why someone would come to a on premise swing club with their Mom. I would be mortified if my mom ever found out that I go to the clubs but this guy brought his mom along (it could have been the other way around, but I don't see where it makes any difference). We didn't know weather to be sick or laugh so we chose the latter. Too wierd.

I can think of six other possible reasons for mother and son to be at a swing club together. The son is adopted, mom is actually step mom, mom is actually mother-in-law, pop is also their with son's wife, son is adopted and with adopted mom while pop is with son's wife. But the most likely reason is that the son is simply younger guy into older women and they role play mother and son.

Either way, its still funny.

I mean - wow...

I applaude your restraint. Not laughing right there on the dance floor was quite impressive.

However - and my fingers are optimistically crossed here - maybe he was there with an older woman and just playing out a derranged little fantasy. Still weird as hell - but a little easier to stomach.

I never considered it may have been a fantasy or that he was just into older women.

Maybe he wanted see how I would react to such a comment. If so he eeither got off easy or may have been dissapointed in my non reaction.

As for the fantasy I do not consider myself old however I was probably a few years older than him.

Now I am hoping it really was his mom because I don't like the idea of being considered OLD.

Believe it or not, we've talked to a few people who have been involved in the lifestyle since they were teens because their parents would take them to the on premisis clubs and swing events with them. We've also heard of even more people who take their kids to the nudist resorts where swinging and sex are an active part of the resort. It's probably a lot more common than those of us on this board would like to believe.
Personally, We could NOT imagine taking any of our kids to a place where people are having sex (we wouldn't want them at a nudist camp either, but that's a personal opinion with mulitple reasons behind it, seperate from this subject) We couldn't even imagine wanting to be at a swing event with our kids AFTER they were all grown up........ or walk in and find OUR parents there. Either way it just makes us go "eeeewwwwww!". Afraid we'd have to find a new play place!

I think it is very impressive that you did not get cold shivers immediately while dancing.

So couples does not really mean couples, that proves it again.

I know of at least one club where the DJ is the son of the people who host the club.

I also know of one or two other families of swingers, where for whatever reason the daughter is now a swinger and they all go to clubs together (they don't actually play together).

So it's not impossible.
