Women's attire at clubs

Mr. LM and I went to our first club in February and found that the clothes women wore varied considerably.

I was surprised to see some very underdressed; one woman had baggy jean overalls on and a bandanna in her hair. Not what I would call sexually stimulating. (This wasn't a theme party.)

Some dressed in traditionally nice evening wear.

Some wore see-through lingerie, with or without a bra and, of course, bikini panties or thong.

What do you like to see a woman wear at a club?

Do you like to see as much of her body as possible?

Or, do you prefer a tasteful tease that accentuates her good physical qualities?

I like to see a woman dressed with the thought of being sexy,whether it be classic evening dress or lingerie. Teresa normally allows me to dress her and my preferences are a revealing gown or skirt with thigh highs and heels. A woman who has no panties on and flashes me when she bends over is a huge turnon while one who wore her baggies doesn't really want to turn anyone on.

At our LL fetes we set a vague "dress code" based on a theme...for example..pinup or starlet...and women tend to either downplay it some (don false eyelashes for instance) or fly with it come dressed to the nines but always in a way that is appropriate for being out in public. We do specify "no slutwear" on all our invites and at the very least expect them to dress for "a very special first date" and they can't possibly go wrong.

We personally like anything you might see a model in the Victoria's Secret or Fredericks of Hollywood catalogues (the evening wear sections) or for our beautiful bi babes to dress
feminine and flirty.

Not necessarily. I *do* like to see the grrls emphasizing their assets and they do a superb job of it! So yes, a tasteful tease or a tease that's a little more "far out" is a pleaser to us!

I would like to add to your topic here...what about the guys at parties? What do you like to see? What's a turn-on for you? Any turn-offs? What should a man avoid wearing to a swing gathering altogether?

I like to see a guy who puts a reasonable effort to look good, smell good, feel good (you can feel more muscle than fat when you get cuddly).....au courant hair, nice cologne, well-groomed...kind of like an "effortless style" of sorts....I have a thing for musicians so anything they would normally wear suits me to a t-shirt. <sighs> I think the most important thing a guy could wear is a smile and a demeanor of being totally at ease with himself. (READ: NOT FULL OF HIMSELF)

Turn offs for me are old-fashioned hair-do's, five and dime glasses, "leisure suits"--- (yes..they're still out there!)
a heavy hand with the cologne, dirty fingernails, outdated clothes,
and a "hey baby" body stance.

We tell our guys to pick up a copy of InStyle magazine and that seems to bring us one spiffy little crowd!

Well - Mrs Spoomonkey is pretty sexy without the aid of clothes, but, when she dresses for the club she brings a whole new dimension to her feminie prowess. She likes short skirts, a "boob-a-licious" top, garters, etc. Typical club wear, from what I've observed.

She got a little brave for my tastes one night and went bra-less with a lacey top. I didn't care for that because it felt like we were giving a lot of "free looks". When we find a couple or single to play with, I like for her to get naked - but in the common areas, slutty/sexy is one thing, naked is something else.

However, we did have some friends show up one night, she was dressed in jeans and a sweater. You'd think that such a fashion statement wouldn't work... But she was damn fine that night and the college girl look worked quite well.

I like to wear a short skirt, lots of cleavage showing top and high heels, NO underwear. I like Mr. to wear dress slacks and shirt.

I am surprised by the number of people that don't dress up at all. We've seen sweats and baggy t-shirts with stretch pants UGH!

Mr. likes women to dress to show their assets but there are definately women that should have more clothes on. (he's dictating to me.)

I will wear lingerie when the theme is such.

Dressing sexy is part of the fun - I like to dress up in things I can't wear out in my normal life.

My husband's criteria is anything you can see thru - lol.

Stripper boots - a must have, they get alot of attention! Sneakers - you've gone too far, stay home or go to a movie.

I've gone to clubs in jeans once or twice but they were tight, no pockets to show off my butt and dressed up with a lacy or sheer top. You don't have to be wearing garters and stiletto's to be sexy and sometimes - my feet don't want to put up with the abuse!

Sexy is an attitude - I think you can pull off a large variety of clothing and still be sexy. Although the post about the farmer jeans - I've seen that too... farmer jeans and a bra - it didn't work.

Well, we do things a little different here, from what I'm reading. In the club we like to go to, the ladies tend to like to put on a show and TriumphGirl is no different. She likes to look like a tease (trashy/slutty but not so much she can't go to the store at first) and then take it off a little at a time throughout the night... By midnight she's usually in just her thong. This past weekend she wore a short black A-frame skirt and see through shirt (with a bandeau to hold the twins up) and what we call "working heels" (high-heels you can dance in without breaking your ankles). She took it off throughout the night, starting with the bandeau top. I had her wear an exotic cut panty, that looked awesome by itself, and she had no problem finding willing people to play with all night/morning.

I went to the mall on Sunday and picked up another outfit for her to wear next time. It's a rocker schoolgirl outfit... Short plaid skirt with black zippered pockets. A black rocker-girl shirt, and some real sexy panties with metalic flames... I think we're gonna get the shirt altered, though, to make it a little shorter... TGirl likes to show her midrift, and I feel she's earned it, since she worked hard to get a flat stomach...

So that's what she wears. I'm still looking for a style, but it's difficult since I'm still in the process of loosing weight and toning up. Sex is such a motivator for getting in shape...

They are very long and shaped nicely--love that--but I don't have those firm, smooth, tight, athletic, what-you-look-for great legs that I wish I had...it's just not in my genes! I've had fine spider veins since I was 16.

My legs look nice in hosiery, but the waistband leaves a mark that would be unattractive after disrobing to play, so I think that's why I'm not seeing women wear them at clubs. I don't think I could get by (or be comfortable) without hosiery. And those garter hose, they are never long enough to look good on my legs.

So I think I'm stuck with wearing slacks or tight jeans, a tight low-cut top or sheer blouse with a sexy bra underneath.

Yep... You know yourself better than we would, but we think a lot of people are overly self-concious about their bodies. Just keep in mind that the insecurities tend to be more of a turn-off than the thing/part you are insecure about.

From our perspective, legs are not that important by themselves (they look great when they're apart, but that's another story). You probubally have a leg fetish/fancy, and feel that your own legs don't meet your own criteria. Just as a suggestion, you might want to try going out once with a skirt or other "leg-revealing" outfit, and see what kind of response you get. If the people you've been with before didn't have a problem, we'd seriously doubt there's a problem.

We hope you're not talking about pantyhose, but then again, there are people that are into that. We think that a woman in nothing but a garter, stockings and panties is sexy, even if she is not HWP. That's just one of the classiest, sexiest looks there is. They make stockings (thigh-highs) in many different lengths, so just because one didn't fit doesn't mean you should give up yet...

As for clothes that leave a mark on your skin when you take them off, it's not a problem either. Women have thinner skin, hence, you get those marks easier. If it bothers you, when you get the right set of hose, then leave the garter on, it's a turn-on either way.

Now you got us thinking about going and getting a set for TGirl...

Well, being from Texas, we can attest to the fact that tight jeans are sexy, and with the tops you described, it sounds hotttt. We saw a lady in a similar outfit, with her VERY ample breasts out, at the club this weekend, and I just wanted to take a picture of her and try to sell it to Dairy Queen for advertising.

We don't know about the slacks (especially the stretch kind), but we're sure there's someone out there that likes them. Maybe if they are cut right... As an alternative, a see-through (think "I dream of Jeanie") style bottoms would be sexy and might provide you with some coverage that will make you feel more at ease.

I loved Jeanie! But I'm sorry, Triumphs, you'd never get me into one of those genie outfits.

You are so right about my self-consciousness being a possible "turn-off" to others. I realize this and am working on overcoming that. It's just that I've seen women my age dress in ways that reveal w-a-y too much of what they got that ain't good looking to me. I never want to be so foolish.

I have a pair of fishnet stockings I love to wear at home with my black 3" "fuck shoes" that strap around my ankles. I then wear my favorite red lace bra. My husband loved this look so much the first time I wore it that he forced himself right through the crotch!

Maybe I could top that outfit with a short tight skirt and a sheer blouse. I'd feel comfortable and confident.

Clothes and lingerie can make you feel very self confident but can also make you nervous...
