Back room all nude or clothing optional?

In some clubs, when you enter the play areas, you are expected to put your clothes in lockers, and enter the back room with only a towel. Other clubs, it is optional and you can walk around fully clothed if you prefer. It seems that the more experienced swingers like the towel only approach, while some new people are often too shy to jump right in. I've heard other people say it sets a mood of play and fun when everyone is nude.

Which kind of club environment do you prefer?

Everyone nude or leave it up to the couple?

I'll answer the question for Kelly and myself. Even on our first visit to a swingers club, we loved the fact that everyone was nude in the back and into playing. We would have felt more uncomfortable as newbies if some of the people in the room had remained clothed.

Welcome We are both nudists and generaly get nude as soon as we are alowed in most environments but not at the clubs any more. We have encountered too many people at the clubs who act like if you are nude it is all but giving concent for sex with anyone who walks up. We go for sex but are a bit more selective than that so we keep them on at the clubs now.

Knowing you can't even sugest any swinger might be pushy or rude on here let the bashing and flaming begin.

I always prefer to put on some clothes when walking about the club. I enjoy being nude probably be a nudist if it wasn't for the kids. I prefer to wear something because the times I have gone nude I noticed that people were more forward about touching and reaching out and grabbing a handful when I did not provoke on show any inclination of wanting the attention. My husband has encountered the same situation.

There's one club in Holland where, at a certain point in the evening, they play what they refer to as 'The Lingerie Music'. Up until that point, people can be dressed in either smart casual wear, or - if they prefer - something more enticing. After the lingerie music is played, it's (as if you hadn't guessed) underwear only. Helps to make sure that the evening keeps moving in the right general direction.

That sounds a little like what we encountered at the SwingSet Club in Windsor. At one point a particular song (and I forget what it was) was played and it was a signal for the ladies to take their tops off and dance. Being the enterprising men we are, we then hid them so as to enjoy the sights for the rest of the evening. No one, including the ladies, seemed to mind

We are nudists and prefer to go completely nude whenever we can.
