It looks like TSC is fairly close so we were thinking of checking out both clubs. Anyone planning on going next weekend? |

We really enjoy Menages, but we've never been to TSC, since we've enjoyed Menages so much, and we've not heard anything good about TSC. That is not to say that TSC is not any good.....since we've never been we can't make that statement......we're only repeating what we've heard. As for driving by both...they are very close....if I remember it's like about 5 blocks away. Menages has a nice appearance from the outside, while TSC looks like it was a metal warehouse building. Again, that is NOT to say TSC is not a good place. We just don't know if it is or not. |

| Here to Stay | We have finally gone to menages for two nights and man was it awesome! The people were beautiful, friendly, naked, and lots of skin on the dance floor. Don't forget the playrooms upstairs and downstairs. We did play alittle bit while everyone was doing there own thing! I could not believe we actually went there and played in front of every one there, It didnt really matter because everyone else was occupied as well. Saturday night was the best night, there were more people on the dance floor and in the rooms. I wish that night could have gone on forever, but they do have to close at 2am. But that is where the local hotel comes in, and if you have a chance to hook up with another couple, the night doesn't really have to end. We did not hook up with any one else but we did continue our party of two when we got back to the hotel. We are looking forward to going there again in the future, and you can have a great time there as well! Good luck and don't forget to post your experience on the board! |

And it has a nice back room for couples only. Though you cannot bring your drinks back there. That's a shame because it has a nice view of the city skyline and many little curtain covered alcoves for playing. Very nice. My one criticism of the club is that many of the clientele are a little too casual. Jeans and t-shirts, baseball caps, etc. One woman even brought her dog. There is nothing wrong with that if you are into the casual thing, but when we go out to a swing club we like to dress up, wear sexy clothing and see other people in sexy clothing. It's part of the fun, you know? Being around sexy people and feeling great yourself. We stayed there for awhile and then headed over to Menages, which as newbees001 said, was great. We really liked the look of the place and the everyone seemed to be having a great time. Lots of places for playing, but the upstairs was a little chilly. We had some fun in the Paris room, but there was a leak in the ceiling that dripped on one of the couches and made it quiet wet. A little odd. Other than those two minor things we thought it was a successful evening. We had a good time and found a great club nearby for playing when the mood hits. |

That would really suck if they did. Hope that doesn't happen at the Austin clubs.

We didn't see alot of couples play up there, but there was some. It looked like alot of couples just having a good time together. And alot of folks standing around watching. There is also a nice balcony off the front there. |

| Swingers Board Addict | One of my lovers and I have talked about going to a club in Atlanta. My husband isn't interested in going but he doesn't have a problem with me going with our friend. I've heard that there are areas where there is group sex. That idea appeals to me but I don't know what to expect. I also worry about the place being raided. Raeann |

We went last night and just as an update to the previous posts. The Luv Shack is complete with two or three private rooms downstairs and the deck is open upstairs. We did see what you were referring to as far as the party crowd finding its way upstairs and being a little bit distracting to those who want to play, but at least they did stay in the hallway rather than coming right into the play rooms to have their conversations. We really enjoyed the club and definately felt like it was worth the money, and we're actually a little cheap when it comes to this stuff. All in all, we figured with bringing our own alchohol, we actually probably didn't spend much more than we would have going out to a regular club and then paying for drinks and we had a lot more fun. The setup downstairs (for the club part) is great. The one thing I was kind of torn on was that you have to keep track of your own drinks. I'm used to the upper end clubs having you turn over your alchohol to the bartender then they serve you as you want it, mixing your drinks for you, etc. Granted it was nice to not have to run back to the bar for refills but at the same time, I just hate leaving my open container out on the table.... so I can go either way on that I guess. That said.... Another Great Night At Menages in Nashville.... NO BUTS! Last edited by JustAskJulie : 01-14-2007 at 10:49 AM. |

| Great Times 1 Year Exp. | I guess we're the ones to get things started upstairs. Sorry we weren't there. When we go up, we to to the couch in front of the fireplace and proceed to get it on, whether there's others going at it or not. Soon, there are other couples who join in, and the "conversation area" becomes a group room. We have made use of the group room downstairs as well, but it's not as cozy as the main room upstairs. Looking forward to returning Feb. 10th! Angela |

This last weekend seemed a little different and I don't know if it was because they were advertising it as Mardi Gras night or what, but it was the first time that I've actually noticed single guys. I'm glad they allow single guys to attend and the one thing I've really liked there is that while I've seen single guys there (I think) before they just kinda blended into all the people. This week they didn't. I don't know if there were more of them or what but they were just very obvious. We tend to sit in the raised area near the door to the social area next to the dance floor and throughout the night I would see single guys hanging out in that doorway just waiting for something to get started in the downstairs group room. I think that those guys hanging out waiting just encouraged more couples to go upstairs to where single guys were not allowed. The later into the night it got the more like vultures they looked.... the more desperate they looked. As for the upstairs social room with the fireplace. We were playing up there this week as were some other couples and there were a few others that were just up there talking. I do find that really distracting but I also understand why people tend to gravitate to that room to talk. The way it's set up it really lends itself to a social area really more than any of the upstairs areas (except the balcony) just because you have to pass through it to get to most of the other areas of the upstairs (and most importantly the bathrooms)... plus with the fireplace and the bar there it just has a social area feel to it. |
