Most Fun Conventions/Cruises

We're trying to narrow down our choices for conventions to attend next year and would like some advice. What is the most fun you've ever had at a convention or swingers cruise?

There are several advertised on SLS in the National Events section, but I'm sure there are others out there, and we're having a hard time deciding.

Most fun? Just let me be myself and hope I don't screw it up. Events that are voluntary to participate in and we get to watch. I always thought simple was better.

We went to one called the Dallas Interlude a couple of years ago and it was fantastic. I think they are the same folks who put on the Orlando Interlude.

We do 3 or 4 conventions a year, for us, nothing better than vacation sex with friends. One of the benifits has been the many friends we have made all over the country and the fact that we can play with them all in one place. That plus the fact that the ones we go to are all hotel take overs means that there is pleanty to turn us on and keep us going morning, after noon and night. (Who said you can't have sex till aftermidnight)

This we be our third year at Myrtle Beach http://www.playcate.com/ and we have always had a great time with great people.

We also go to Couples Fest in Key West http://www.couplesfest.com/ This year was our 4 year there. Its a small convention but a great hotel and a great crowd. If you like days of naked relaxed sun fun and sex couples fest is the place to be. We have even been know to have sex in the pool mid afternoon.

The bigest convention we go to each year is in New Orleans http://neworleansinnovember.com/ and its always a blast, yes there was a storm but that does not see to have put a damper on the French Quarter or the full where else can you have a swingers parade down Burbon Street and flash everyone including the cops and fireman. If you get real luckie maybe you can bring a cop or fireman back to you room for a little fun as well. It's alwas atrip to get a man in uniform out of his uniform while on duty.

We have not been on any swingers cruses so have no idea but we sure have had some good times on land.

In Florida Lifestyles has been holding "Splash Parties". They are a lot of fun and very affordable to most. Price includes room.

They are going to have two of them in 2008.

These are most just round the clock parties instead of being a convention.

The mother of all yearly conventions I think is the Vegas Lifestyles convention usually in the first week or so of August. We've gone in '05 & '06 and it gets somewhere around 2500 couples. We skipped last summer at the Tuscany (it was always at the Stardust until it was torn down). We've always had a blast and plenty of hookups and after parties, and it's VEGAS! Though there's nothing posted yet probably because its only January, I'd imagine they'll start promoting it soon. Also a newcomer convention we've seen advertised is Swingfest in FL in July http://www.swingfest.com although we have no idea if it will draw or not. The one time we signed up for Nawlin's in November the city got destoyed by Katrina so it was held in Vegas as well ; that was a lot of fun too.

We are hoping swingfest in FL from July 31 to Aug 3rd turns out. We just got our rooms for it yesterday. They are running a special from now until Feb 14 so you may want to check it out.

From past photos, I can tell that the "fest" host hotel is where we stayed at last summer, which was a fun place within walking distance of most everything and certainly scoooter distance from everything

We have been to couples fest 4 times and had a blast each time. This is a small convention with lots of naked pool time and lots of R&R. We have also always been able to work in some day time sex with friends and even had sex in the pool a few times (Well we started in the pool then moved to the great hospitality room right off the pool area).

One of the great things about this one for us is all the people that come back year after year and how friendly everyone is.

Looks like alot more fun than some we've looked into. Hoping the hurricanes stay away so we can go!

We loved New Orleans last year; they put on a great event. I started body shots in the pool, and got us in trouble though. Ooopsi!

We went on a swingers' cruise in 2006.

It was hosted by Playful Swingers and A&S Travel of Florida.

We had a great time. I believe there were about 300-400 couples.

Last year we took over and SOLD OUT Desire Resort in Cancun. This year our 5th Annual Summer Vacation is June 30-July 6th at Caliente Caribe Resort in the Dominican Republic.
