Entertainment At parties

I am a stage hypnotist from the Michigan area and I have a GREAT show for the open minded. The problem is I do not know where to start for a contacts in the swingers area. I have sent mailers out (e-mail) but I know that most people are like me and just delete most e-mail from those they do not know. I am not going to write about my show here because I do not want it to be like an ad. I will add that my show is a great way to get people to interact and is sure to get people to talk. Any ideas will be of help.

I would contact some of the swing clubs directly. You may have more luck going to the club and introducing yourself; instead of blind emailing where you are likely to end up in someones spambox.

Hyptonism acts and swinging concepts clash on some levels but I think it could be fun if done well in the right setting.

Do you know the audience well enough to make an interesting presentation?

I do not see where a Hyptonism acts and swinging clash and I believe they go together on so many levels. My act is a great ice breaker and my show is just like what you see in Vegas on the big stage. I have been a entertainer for over 11 years and have performed for audiences of all kinds and life styles. I find that people who like to have fun and are open to new things are the best.

I can only speak for myself, but if I were planning to attend a club or party and they told me they were going to have a hypnotist, or any other act for that matter, I probably wouldn't go. We go to these clubs and parties to meet other couples and hopefully hook up for sex, not to be entertained. Their are plenty of other clubs available if we are seeking entertainment. In other words, entertainment acts at a swing club would just get in the way of what we went there for, not be an enhancement.

You might try bigger venues, like conventions and resorts that cater to swingers.

I agree. A swinger party at a local club we went to had a hypnotist as part of the evening entertainment. It bombed. Not hard, but it wasn't what they thought it would be.

Sorry but I don't see what hypnotism has to do with swinging. Maybe if the hypnotists wife was also giving lap dances they could get invited to the party as a couple, but even then, I just don't see much of a connection.

U could get to know people from the chatinfg section, or if u have any swingers club or parties near u would be better

erotichypnotic - My understanding is that people have to want to be hypnotized (I guess that's what you mean by being open minded) for the act to work. I have purchased subliminal tapes and all that stuff - none of it works on the reluctant. I would love to see your act at a club but wonder if the audience would be receptive to being manipulated in a sexual way while in a trance.

to your question about what it takes to have someone go under. Yes, your subject has to want to be hypnotisted but that is a easy task for the most part. I have hypnotisted people in all kinds of places even in a bar with loud music. As for tapes must work in conjustion with a good hypnotist. Sex is a funny thing. Some like to explore just how far their wife or husband will go in front of others but I think they like the funny stuff they say. I sometimes make them believe they are porn stars, They have to think of their stage names (which can be funny in itself) ands ofcourse they have to tell everyone about thier latest movie. Man, some of the plots are so funny it's hard to hear them over the audience laughter.

I'm with you on that lol. If I want to see a hypnotist I'll go to a comedy club lol. Bring out the dirty dice!
