Such as legal parameters, where to start, ideas etc... We are very sociable and love the lifestyle and we think we have what it takes to make a successful club. Searched on internet for some kind of business plan and how to start up but found very little other than the court rulings in favor of swing clubs vs raids against them in south Florida. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You , John and Sue |

Also, you may want to check with your local buisness beureau to see if such clubs are permitted in your area and what guidelines you'd have tofollow. Best of Luck. ![]()

Like Mr. T said, check your local ordinances to verify where, how, and what kind of sexually oriented businesses are allowed. You will have to apply for a business permit, so expect some hard opposition to it at county hall. This isn't just a strip club you are talking about, here. It would be easier to start an off-premise club that caters to swingers a couple of nights a month. Mr. WS

| Here to Stay | the first thing you shoud do is visit www.nasca.com and join, Second is join every swingers site you can find and post on their fourms so people get to know you. if you have a location that meets all the local codes then you can move forward. you will need to start a LLC under a vanilla name so you can accept CC with out paying the huge fees that adult business's have to pay. Insurence is going to be a huge hurdle. your libilty will be huge even with disclaimers. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions. K&L |
