For one, most nudist resorts are family-oriented and the lifestyle doesn't permit open sexuality. Caught and the best-case scenerio is that you are kicked off the resort and blackballed (they always record your driver's license before you're allowed on the resort). Worst-case scenerio, you are detained and arrested, depending on the severity of the offense.

These people take their lifestyle very seriously and they will protect it against public relations flaps and political hardship.

A couple of years ago, a man was arrested for masturbating in a privy (for lack of a better word) while he was watching a teen group meeting at a local resort. The incident splattered over the papers, and a couple of Florida politicians ranted about how evil nudism is and it should be abolished. Ignorant public support was rallying behind these politicians because nudism = breeding ground for sexual criminals, which is far from what it actually is.

Now I know there are swing resorts that allow both nudity and sex out in the open. I've been to one in Ocala and it was AWESOME.

Mr Jeep and I travel to a few naturalist resorts in Florida and Canada, and have seen security reprimand, and expel violators who are too touchy-feely, even if it's a spouse/spouse situation. As for the OP's situation... the daring and excitement of sex and nudity in public places will lead to 2 things: First, an embarrassing legal situation if you're not careful; Second, a swinger friendly vacation, where it will be acceptable. Granted, where things like that are acceptable in the open, they are no longer perceived as daring, so the excitement might not be all that. At Hedo, for example,while not a 'swinger resort', the spirit of sexuality and nudity is prevalent, and lends to a wonderfully sex-charged atmosphere and vacation for the right-minded people.

Maybe it is time for a swinging resort to open up in the US or Canada, something similar to Hedo only maybe a little more toned down and relaxed.

What would the legalities of this be in the US. Here in Canada they have only just started to turn a blind eye to the idea of on premise clubs. Not sure how open they would be to a resort where people can walk around and fuck in public like that.

I am a part owner in a AANR resort...NO PLAY ON THE RESORT...one of the reasons why we purchased our house outside the gates and down the road... If you were in the Texas area could give you some non-AANR clubs that are more lifestyle types. Heck take a trip to the new Desire at Cabo...

We go to HEDO II in Jamaica every Thanksgiving (they call it Spanksgiving) Profile says you are in the Los Angeles area. Our trips have cost us anywhere from $2,700.00 to $3,100.00 (total for two, NOT EACH) from LAX. Non-stop red-eye leaves 10PM arrive at resort about 8AM gives you all day the first day, and return flight leaves on last day at 6PM so you get almost the all of the last day as well.

Cost is very reasonable. Two people 7 nights all food and drinks are free, The bars and places to eat are available almost 18 hours a day. All non-motorized watersports are free.

You can be as open as you want most of the time.

I pretty much assumed the OP KNEW of Sea Mountain since it is the easy one to find. If they are thinking of going to a family AANR resort, they are cruising for trouble.

Chris and Suzanne what is reasonable to one is not to someone else. We spent recently $1,400 all inclusive, for two at a 4 + star resort in the Dominican. Heck you can have sex and fun whereever you go. For us the cost is too prohibitive just to see naked bodies.

As far as resorts I think people are looking for something they can just go to for the day, just like a nudist resort but one that is okay with sexual activity. Something you don't have to spend a large amount of money to be at.

This sounds as credible as a letter to Penthouse, but on the off chance that you really did that, let me point out--as having been previously involved in law enforcement--that being nude and engaging in sex acts at a place frequented by children will virtually guarantee full tilt prosecution.
