The wife and I are interested in taking a cruise later this year. Any advice on how to locate/get with other swingers on major cruise lines. Are there chat rooms for that? Any travel agencies which can book for cpls looking for this type of vacation

We are a full service travel agency that puts together groups of swingers to go on vacations including cruises. We were planning one for next October 2006. We had one planned for May we missed the deadlines with the recent tragedy in New Orleans.

You may also want to check out www.4sumfun.com they have cruise going out in January and they already have over 220 people booked. The prices are really cheap for a week cruise on a major cruise ship and it's a great time of the year to take a cruise. Some of the companies out there are advertising old or small ships, I would personally rather be on a very large cruise ship when traveling, it makes it so nice and romatic.

I actually posted yesterday on the same subject. We are already booked on a carnival valor cruise on jan 8th. We have taken several cruises but never never one just for swingers. We find it exciting to try and find another open couple on a regular cruise. If we can, it really gets fun to fool around a bit in public areas, as well as private. If not, its fun anyway. We go to a lot of swing clubs on land during the year, and it's nice to go somewhere where everyone there is pretty much on the same page as us, but it's a nice change of pace to flirt (or more) with other people on a cruise who may never have been exposed to swinging, and since you will probobly never run into these people at the grocery store, it's eaiser to get a little crazy. Carnival ships have a topless deck which is a good place to find other couples/singles who are at least experimenting with their sexuality. If anyone out there is going to be on the valor on the 8th, lets chat. You can email us direct if you want, at cnyfun555@yahoo. I also agree with the last post about being on a bigger, newer ship. We have been on smaller one's that are just not as nice, and the swingers only cruises usually use those, I beleive.

I take it that most of these trips are basically booked on the major lines, and are really just group-bookings where that group has the lifestyle in common.

Finding people becomes a thing for me. I've taken three cruises, and I love them. But I don't relish the idea of paying for a cabin all of my own. I have noticed the fairs are down over last year.

I looked over some of the web sites, but didn't see any swingers-specific cruises, or groups being formed. Group bookings are a tricky thing with folks with more mundane things in common. I'd dread trying to keep a group of people, previously unknown to each other, together with the themed purpose in mind. It might be more effective to keep things to small groups, four or six people or so.
