Halloween costumes

This year is the first time that MrVan and I have attended a costume party together for Halloween and I must say that I am extremely excited.......We have decided on going as Pirates and I will be "Captain Booty"

We already tried them on to make sure that they fit and look right and MrVan is going to look incredibly sexy that night.... facelick I cannot wait for the event to get here.

After much bouncing around with ideas, we decided to go as cowboys... We had a cowboy themed party last weekend that we worked and I noticed how incredibly cute Mrs Spoo looked dressed as a cowgirl... So - since we already had the costumes we decided to go with that...

But then - she tried on this new outfit she bought that, when she is does it up just right, looks kind of goth-y... And we took pictures and had immediate gratifying sex... So now we are going as a cowboy and a goth chick.

We won't match, but man will she look incredible!

Well, after much consideration, and since the only parties we are going to attend in costume are swingers parties, we have decided to go as Ken and Barbie. We figured since everyone is always looking for them we are sure to get lucky, this way we can finally see if more people are looking for them than Good times.

I love this costume idea! Hilarious!!! But, it seems to me that everybody is looking to avoid Ken and Barbie. I don't know how many times I've read in profiles, "NO Kens and Barbies", but nobody ever actually says they want them! It's a fantastic idea to wear at a swinger's party. Which Barbie gown are you wearing? Are you wearing a wig, or do you already have long platinum hair? I'd love to hear the details. Is Ken wearing a tux?

I, Barbie, am wearing a platinum wig and a pink cocktail dress. Because this is a swingers party I decided she needed to be a little sexier than normal so I add white thigh highs with pink bows and pink Mary Jane's. Oh, and because it is cold here a pink fur coat.

Ken is going with the preppy look, slacks, polo and sweater drapped over the shoulders and the wig is hilarious.

Just to be sure everyone gets the look Mr. GT made custom necklaces that say Ken and Barbie on the front and Mattel on the back.

With all the Ken and Barbie talk around here recently it sounded like a fun idea. Hopefully pictures to follow next week.
